Been working here for over a year as an OTR driver. Let's be honest you have your good days and you have your bad days. Overall I have loved working here. I enjoyed building relationships with coworkers here and enjoyed the equipment and service this company provides. The pay is competitive for OTR when you look at the big picture. Bottom line is they are up front and honest so you know what you sign up for. Absolutely no complaints from me. Carry on.

Fairly new driver. Been working here for 2 months now. I have nothing negative to say about this company. Office staff are easy going. I drive no less than 3500 miles a week unless home time is taken.

Been with this company going on 5 yrs now, it was a little rough at the beginning , But things changed over yrs. This a GREAT COMPANY GREAT STAFF AND A Owner who will roll up his selves him self and Answer a phone. B&B Transport is great for those who want to work.

I'm new to the company , but in a very short period of time , I can say this is one of the best companies I've ever driven for .

No vacation time is provided, and the health insurance offered is minimal and from an unfamiliar provider. The equipment is newer, but previous drivers neglected their upkeep. There’s no compensation for downtime caused by breakdowns.

This job does not offer vacation time at all, and if you do take time off, it’s unpaid. There’s also no holiday pay. Long waits at unloading sites are common. While the pay is somewhat decent, I wouldn’t recommend this job to anyone.
