A great company to work for They respect you and they do what they can for you. I really love the routes they have so far. I been working for them since June 5th and liking everything so far. I highly recommend joining Bay and bay.

I'm currently a driver for them on the lease purchase side. I broke down near Muncy pa and truck was goin to be down a few weeks. Monday rolls around and I have managers calling me trying to find a resolution for the issue. By Tuesday morning I have a uhaul, cleaning out my old truck and heading back to eagan to be put in another truck. They didn't have a truck available when I got there but they put me in a hotel and had a truck available the next day. I got into put everything in its place and got on the road a day later. Honestly this is the best company I have worked for. My dispatcher is amazing, saftey listens to my concerns and upper management is down to earth and willing to list. That i need to be home on certain days ( i go hn. Plus If I inform my dispatcher josh Newcomb, he gets me home. Every company has its ups and downs. But if you out your best efforts and do your job. You will not have any issues with this company. The owners goes over and beyond for the drivers, and staff.

How can I get a truck & it breaks down every week? Then a inspection/PM should've been done on the truck but I have to pay for & it's only been a month. I can list about 10 things less than 1 month with this company I have issues with. I'm going to hold my tounge for now since I'm still here not for too much longer now.

Don’t go drive for this company this is not a company you drive for if you want miles me and my husband both drove here at first it was fine we made plenty of miles he was at the top driver for otr west we knew that because they sent an email with all drivers miles they only give their favorites the loads and lps
