Excellent people, management is top of the line, the mechanic shop has some outstanding people. I've been at their sister company 2 yrs in August. It's been an adventure with good pay, and home time when I need to be there. Been in a brand new truck since it had 40 miles. It has 204,932 now still looks brand new in and out. You settle in after a while, and just enjoy the people you work for here. While making some money😎

The best choice of my life was to join the Benedit family! As a team driver I get on average $90k/year. They do not pair teams. They do not set up teams that aren't already acquainted with each other. Drivers need to find a teammate on their own. Productive and fun work place.

Benefit Trucking has very reliable drivers and great customer service, one dispatcher that stands out the most out of all the amazing ones is Dino Dika he is quick to respond, but he makes it difficult to give him loads because of how quick he covers his drivers, A1 company.
I drive for them and so far no complaints at all my DM is very professional and I get as many miles as I can handle my trucks a 2020 peterbilt 10 speed and I never feel like a number to them if your a truck driver give them a call
I have worked for a lot of companies but this one is by far the best. I have a great dispatcher that works hard to keep me running. They got a great maintenance program that keeps the equipment up to date and running great. They have a great office staff that takes care of their employees. If you want a great career and actually have money in your pocket you got to work for HMD LLC....

Benefit trucking is great place to work as they show they care about me as a driver. The management team are awesome and they're there when i need them. Safety department team make the job even more easy. Like they said Work hard and have fun but the pay is pretty decent. Constant loads to do so there is job security here. I really enjoy working here. Please if you looking for good income to satisfy your family needs I believe you're in right place. I enjoyed working here. With three years of trucking experience, I can say this is one of the best jobs I’ve had. They ensure you get home when needed, maintain up-to-date equipment, and promptly resolve any issues. I’d definitely return.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. They offer a $1,000 monthly safety bonus, $100 for clean inspections, and a referral bonus of around $2,000. Dispatchers and management are knowledgeable and accessible 24/7. Trucks are modern, and the shop operates from 6 AM to 5 PM. Trucks come equipped with inverters and fridges. Company driver and owner-operator positions available with flexible routes.
Overall, a great company with good pay starting at $0.60 per mile and a supportive office staff. Downsides include shorter routes—typically under 500 miles—and primarily operating in the Eastern U.S.
