Bluegrass Transport & Expeditors is a family-operated business that runs a fleet of tractor-trailers based in Henderson, KY. We have a committed team of drivers that fulfill the outgoing and incoming transportation requirements of manufacturers in the tri-state region of Western Kentucky, Southern Indiana, and Illinois. We transport as far north as Northern Michigan and as far south as Laredo, TX, and also east to west from North Carolina to Kansas.

Students graduated from a Class A Driving School will be considered to enter into our Finishing Program. This is an 8-week training program with pay.

Bluegrass Transport and Expeditors launched in 2006, but our origins extend much further. Our company is a third-generation enterprise that prides itself on family principles. Barry and Carry McGarrh's father introduced them to this industry - he became a driver in the 1950s and established his own company in 1988. The McGarrhs have over 70 years of experience collectively and a vast wealth of knowledge about freight trucks and hauling.

Quick trip to Northern Michigan or a longer haul down to Laredo, TX. It’s comforting to know that I can rely on them for both one-way and round-trip shipping.
They’ve been around since 2006, but their family roots go way back, which is super cool. It’s nice to see a company that values tradition and community while still being on top of their game in freight services.

I do not recommend this company. I was almost ran off the road when a driver pulled onto the highway right in front of me. I would not trust any cargo with this type of driving by them. Very bad drivers.

Family owned business; great people with good values. They used to provide training for those who do not have a CDL. That is how I got my start. I am not sure if they still do that anymore or no.
Me and my wife ran as a team for them.she didn't have as much experience as I did but we were both very pleased with the company. I can't remember ever working for a better company in all my years as driving in fact it was probably the best one I drove for in an all around job from owners to dispatch to mechanic. We never had a disagreement with any of them in the the 2 years we worked for them and probably wouldn't have quit then but we got our own authority to drive for ourselvesyears we worked for them
