Bohren is a family company.Everyone is friendly they listen if you have any concerns.Willing to help resolve situations. The pay is good. One of the best companies for that small, family feeling! Great personnel, friendly dispatchers, well maintained newer equipment. Great OTR miles, awesome benefits package... Apply and tell them "Doc" sent you!
I've departed ways with Bohren due to my heart not wanting to do OTR. But for this company they are really good folks. The old saying is you get what you give. They are the first company in my 16 years of driving to let me do my last to weeks without a slow down. Even with Covid 19 out I didn't slow down. I wish everyone luck that helped me and if I ever go back to OTR I know their number.

After a decade in trucking and nearly a year with Bohren, I plan to retire here—pay is solid, and I have no complaints.
After nearly a year as a driver, I appreciate the independence this job provides. The company is small enough that employees are recognized by name. While dispatchers occasionally second-guess driver decisions, overall, the work environment is positive. Maintenance is excellent, ensuring minimal downtime both at the terminal and on the road.
