I currently work for Bottomley Enterprises. Dispatch is absolutely wonderful and they keep me rolling. I’ve been a truck driver for 11 years and by far this is the best company I have ever worked for

I like working here but I just wish y'all had more consistent lanes for us drivers, especially to California. To much North West. You're welcome Mr.Bottomley

Recruitment is misleading, and management fosters a toxic work environment with a narrow-minded culture. Leadership is unprofessional, showing little appreciation for employees’ efforts, making the job feel like a waste of time.

I was promised a dedicated run with good pay—while the pay turned out to be decent, the dedicated route was anything but. My co-driver and I end up with different loads every week because they claim our assigned load isn’t available, yet other company drivers are hauling it. Taking time off leads to being assigned the worst possible loads. Dispatch will say what they need to get drivers in the door, but fulfilling promises isn’t a priority. They often try to pit partners against each other by rushing decisions instead of allowing communication. On top of that, unexpected maintenance delays force drivers to wait for hours while their trucks are being repaired. If you have options, consider looking elsewhere—this job can be incredibly frustrating.

I've been with Bottomley for nearly five years, and the experience continues to improve. The owner is highly accessible, providing his personal contact to resolve any issues quickly. Any problems I’ve had were fixed immediately. I have a dependable dedicated run that I can count on.
