I currently work for Bottomley Enterprises. Dispatch is absolutely wonderful and they keep me rolling. I’ve been a truck driver for 11 years and by far this is the best company I have ever worked for

I like working here but I just wish y'all had more consistent lanes for us drivers,especially to California. To much North West. You're welcome Mr.Bottomley

Great company, great equipment, great drivers

So far haven't met anyone who isn't helpful and nice. Good crew to work with.

Misleading recruitment and toxic management. Close minded culture. Unprofessional approach from retired pig who has a bad attitude. No appreciation for efforts made and turned out to be a waste of time.

I came here with the promise of a dedicated run and good pay. The good pay part was true, but the dedicated run couldn't be farther from the truth. My co-driver and I get stuck with a different load every week because "they don't have that load this week". Yet when I meet fellow company drivers out on the road, they are taking what is supposed to be our dedicated load. Any time you need to take time off, dispatch will say that's fine and then stick you with the worst load they can find. They'll say whatever it takes to get you in the door and then decide that they don't need to fulfill what was promised. Dispatch will also try to work you against your partner by not giving you a chance to make sure the run is good with them. They want an answer now and if you check with your partner, they give that run away and hand you something leftover. I've also made it to the yard to find our truck in the shop being worked on and having to sit and wait for hours sometimes while I had an outbound load waiting to be picked up. If you have a choice, please look elsewhere for employment. This place will drive you insane

I've been with Bottomley going on 5 years now and it just keeps getting better. The owner goes out of his way to make sure you have his personal cell so if you have any problems he can and will get them resolved. I've had no problems that didn't get fixed right away. I have a dedicated run that I can count on like clockwork.
