Don't work here, 38 cents a mile isn't worth the time, front facing cameras as well. Just speaking truth, look at Varient or Ship Ex .70 a mile depending on your exp.

So basically they want to pay a CDL driver for a local position a whopping $14.00 per hour or .43cpm. Not gonna get a ton of miles running local. This is for a 50 to 70 hour work week and the regional get less per mile.. at the same time our local Olive Garden wants to pay a dish washer $15.00 to $19.00 per hour.. is this just corporate greed ? Or just a lack of respect for a person who has to be specially licensed to operate a semi truck. A lot of training ,money and time go into obtaining a class A CDL . It's a shame company's treat commercial truck drivers this poorly. Apparently they dont really care.. I would have loved to work there but.. not for such a low compensation. Truth is.. trucking has gone so far down hill it's not even funny. People say there is a shortage of drivers, this is NOT true, however there is a shortage of people willing to work for such a low pay in an industry that should pay way more. With the crazy high prices of today, this should easily be a $25.00 to $30.00 per hour job I was actually making what they offer 20 years ago. They should be ashamed of offering such low pay for a skilled position is this company.

Nitpicking If you're working local, then you have to show up for work after 10hrs sleep break. Require you to run back road and avoid big road and scale house. Every driver is under watch of camera

One of the worst companies to work for. This place is stuck in the 1990's. 3rd party company for GD. To stock something it is done with a magic marker and put in stock. All of the inventory is in stock labeled by a magic marker. You do not get access to a computer unless you been there more than 6 months. Management is clueless about how to run a warehouse and looks for scapegoats beside himself and wears the same clothes everyday! Drivers drive a box truck to delivery GD and barely get paid for bringing over thousands of dollars worth of goods. Training consist of the Manager having you drive the forklift with him walking next to you or taking you on a driving test in the box truck and you pass. No certificates or paper to go with it. No documentation for it. Temp agency that hires you lies about the work place and once you start there you will regret it. The most enjoyable part about the job was leaving at the end of the day. Culture is ok but people that are there are stuck and cannot get out....

It's a trucking company, but the truckers are treated like a liability and not an asset. You will average 12hrs a day and earn about 130.00 dollars! You will hate working here, I promise. I can only speak for the drivers and have no clue about the hourly and management jobs. If your a truck driver, and are thinking about B R Williams. THINK AGAIN!! Low pay, long hours, and expensive benefits. I worked there 2 years and highest gross was $31,000.00

Employees (office and drivers) are really great. They know you by your name and not a number. Loads (short haul or long haul, local and regional drivers) are guaranteed. Family oriented, God oriented. Great sense of humor. Knowledgeable mechanics.
