the professional drivers and the over all of the company they we get it done before anyone is called or thought of
Drivers be aware this company does not take responsibility of their driver reckless driving nor drivers wait for police when something happens on the road.
I am an independent hauler. Tyler and Emerson can always seem to get me freight in the lanes I like to run hats off to these two and bulldog
i will retire from here love this place and they more of a family because they were there for me when i had real life problems and always willing to help there drivers. Start August 17 2020 retire August 17 2040 💯💪❤
This place has unsafe drivers who will intentionally rear end you and then the driver will get out and scream racial obscenities at you in front of your children and threaten you with a gun all while telling the police it was you with the gun even when you weren't armed.
Good place, very polite and helpful workers, highly recommended!
This is our sister company, when my trailer broke down they helped me out in a big way without understanding our set up.Thanks Fred

Pretty easy to get along with everyone here...
Excellent
Best trucking company around!!!
A great place to work
At the onset you'll notice a glaring difference between this company and typical trucking companies. They retain drivers and staff. They have many drivers that have been there for 20 plus years. And the same with office staff. I was actually a little concerned when I started that there would be some hostility towards new employees because so many people seem to have been there so long, but I didn't find that at all. In fact, after my first month I was making the top pay rate. I developed a great working relationship with the training/safety guys, the dispatchers, and ops manager all by simply showing up to work on time, not causing admin issues and doing what I was hired to do. In my opinion, the pay was excellent for the amount of actual work you do there. And if you want to earn more, it's as simple as asking for weekend work which they pay you an extra $5 an hour for. Their lowest tier medical insurance is basically free, and they match generously on their 401k. If I ever had an issue or concern, I had several people I knew I could talk to get it resolved. There are some typical issues and miscommunications but nothing to fret over. Some of the drivers had attitudes and super trucker complexes but that was the exception, and the company took note and made efforts to get rid of them if it became a regular issue. I could have easily seen myself retiring here, but I unfortunately had to move due to family circumstances after only about 5 months, but I really enjoyed my time there and would 100% go back if I'm ever back in Charleston. If you don't mind running the ports and railyards, I could hardly imagine a better place to be.
So far so good. It's been slow the last few months but I'm still able to maintain. Dispatchers are friendly and helpful. Don't be afraid to ask questions about what you are doing or for additional information for a load.
dispatch giving wrong directions address stressful every day not the right equiptment to get job done had to make dew with what we had not enough chains binders straps on truck not enough to secure loads most of the time saftey didnt stand behind drivers trailers old bought from sister company that they retired dont under stand pay scale percentage they dont tell what they are getting floating scale
What is the best part of working at the company? It’s like your family there, and good pay, new equipment all in all its a great company I would still be working there but I was missing out on all my grandchildren back in Florida What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Charleston area is growing faster than the inter-structure of the highway system So it’s stressful dealing with all the traffic. But other than that it’s a great place to work. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It’s a pretty layer back company almost every one there will help you out if you have a problem or just need a little help getting around in the ports. But there is a few people that wouldn’t give you the time of day but you will find that just about everywhere you work. What is a typical day like for you at the company? I came in at 5 am get my dispatch to get in and out of the port before the port and traffic gets all jacked up and head of to my destination.
They lie to you about loads and run their favorites and sit you home. They ell this and you see their favorites running everyday.Been there since 2018 and company is going to the bottom with the people running it into the ground
Blames employees for companies bad reputation. Plays favorites. Takes your pay when something goes wrong even though proof not your fault. Falsifies records. Contests unemployment claims. Managers only interested in covering their own as*. Quick to blame others when favorite employees mess up. Noone takes ownership when they do wrong. Quick to point fingers and not try to resolve issues. Run from this company. Hides se*ual harassment arrests. Promotes those that screw up over those that do well. Not interested in listening to drivers to try and solve issues.
In my opinion it’s just another company you have some good days and some bad days pretty much like you would at any other company which is what you should expect
Great place for someone with not much experience. Job is relatively easy, $1000 per week guarantee, decent trucks with poor maintenance. If you have more experience you can probably find a better job. Lots of short loads, all tarped
Love working there and the people are so good to work with, love meeting new people and different places and learn a lot from the people i meet delivery they products in
Love this place great place to work ppl are awesome money is okay you can advance for your hard work it's a great the benefits 401k if you looking for a great place to work I recommend bulldog
As long as you follow company and DOT rules and regulations its an excellent place to work. The benefits are really good and the people are great to work with.
I didn't like working in unpleasant places where I were sent. The city's that I had to go in was unsafe at evening and night were I had to make my deliveries. I was once robbed at gunpoint.
Feels like home! They will take care of any driver. You are not a number here! They will look out for you just take care of the equipment and just WORK!
