TL;DR no turn signal and littering One of their drivers pulled into the turn lane ahead of me without signaling as I was approaching the light. It wasn't close enough that he cut me off, I just had to slow down a bit, so I would have let that go but then he THREW TRASH OUT THE WINDOW while waiting for the light. The truck was labelled "Model Citizen"... 2024-05-08 8:20 AM in Brooklyn Park, Oak Grove Pkwy & Zane Ave

After almost getting runoff the road by a driver and then trying to contact somebody where I can file a complaint (I understand people don’t like complaints.)I had my family in my car and we literally got ran off the road. I’m going to file a complaint. After never hearing back from anyone in the state of Minnesota or elsewhere to tell me what had gone wrong or happened with the driver. poor communication as well as management and customer service.

Had a run in with a driver ,very unprofessional. Driving in fast lane when I tried to pass he sped up, I did get past him and change lanes he the sped up again and was a foot or so behind me.I floored it to get away .He was by far the worst truck driver I have come across. He had 15 or so cars behind him when I passed him.

Company has extremely poor communication! Contract was terminated and was promised to have esgrow money refunded within 45 days and still haven't received MY MONEY DO NOT recommended working here! Dispatch manager has extremely poor communication and doesn't respond to the needs of their drivers timely, Also because he is overworked he makes mistakes on your pay and shorts you hundreds of dollars and sometimes it takes a few weeks to correct

The equipment at this company is terrible. They don't want to fix things and still expect you to run. If you get caught as A driver with bad equipment it is on you so beware.

The job is decent and the hours are good, but the communication from management is terrible. Often times you're ignored or you don't receive responses for a day or two.

Decent company to work for. A noticeable decrease in freight in the past year. Very flexible when time off needed. Management tried too keep operators busy even with struggling market.

I'm a owner operator leased to Calhoun and I absolutely love working here. The whole staff here at the Omaha terminal makes coming to work a joy. I have yet to meet any other driver with anything negative to say about Calhoun. With 35 years in trucking this is by far one of the best companies I've ever been associated with. I plan on finishing my career with Calhoun and retiring with this company.
