Where Transparency and relationships are everything. You don't stay in business after 30 years and have the same customers if not. Good team, family owned just a genuinely nice company.
Shelly is very unprofessional and created an unnecessary stress situation for a delivery for us. Once the problem occured, she cut off communication and attempted to change prices and gave unexcusable accusations over lack of transparency. Was very disappointed with them (due to her) and would not recommend using their company.
Shelly Packer. Please avoid. My truck was supposed to load something for them, got loaded with over 48 000pounds, even if the paperwork was showing 46 900pounds. I have sent loaded scale, empty scale after unloading showing they have overloaded my truck and even so, she was keep saying they are moving these loads everyday and had no issues at all. Besides that, detention not paid, excusing the customer is not going to pay. My deal was with Capurro Trucking, not with your customer, though. Please avoid!
I had a bad experience with the brokerage department, especially with Shelly. I do not recommend.
You can tell there employees leave the reviews here . I've worked construction in the reno area for 15 plus years. These are the worst most ignorant unsafe drivers there are in the area cannot back trucks in where it's completely possible all they do is whine and worry about other stuff that is none of there business would not recommend
Try not to hit the road paver next time. Maybe if your drivers weren't so busy worrying about what other drivers were doing you would be able to pay better attention and focus on your driving.
Some of worst operators on the road. My commute entails dealing with these trucks speeding, and swerving like they are drunk everyday, with absolutely no enforcement from the highway patrol.
Drivers are reckless and unsafe
Horrible place to work they make you run your shift without a lunch or breaks expect you to do paperwork while your driving underpay there drivers and alter your wage for pre trip and don't pay for post trip they need to be audited by the dot
One of the best experiences I've had!!!
Great place to work.
Best place to work!!!!
Good equipment, well maintained. I enjoy my job!!
These trucks haul dirt/gravel/etc from USA parkway routinely NEVER tarp the top of their trailers. I have gotten my windshield glass peppered by these trucks. I have come up one of these trucks on my motorcycle and gotten so much sand in my eyes from under my full helmet I had to stop and keep a large distance behind the truck for fear of wreaking. Irresponsible and lazy company I can see the tarps rolled up on the top of every truck, never used.
