This company fired me over the word of mouth of a person who called in something. I admitted no guilt, there is no proof of the reported behavior, and I was given no chance to defend myself or give a rebuttal

Love love love working here! They truly care about the drivers. The dispatchers know who you are and how you like to drive. Honestly feel quite privileged and spoiled as a driver. After this, I couldn't imagine working anywhere else, my standards for how I expect to be treated are too high. The equipment is kept in great, not good running condition and they are serious about maintaining that standard. A family away from home in so many ways.

I worked here for almost 3yrs. Nothing but a great experience. I only left because of an opportunity for advancement. I would come back. Thanks Cargo!

Worked here for a couple of years Richard Lowman ran me off. This company has forward an driver facing cameras an they constantly observe them writing drivers up for anything they can then call you in an have you sing them lol!!

The workplace has a welcoming and almost family-like atmosphere. However, one of the most frustrating aspects is dealing with the Drive Cam. Maintaining a safe following distance while driving in Charlotte is nearly impossible.

A solid company overall, with good pay and a flexible schedule. You can leave when it suits you.
