I had a great experience with the company. Paragould “terminal” was great. Not really a terminal, office, cross dock, and drop yard with a shop all in different locations but no big deal. Dispatch was great and very friendly. Anderson terminal was great too, I loved being able to walk in and the lady at the counter usually could remember my driver id and truck number even though she was usually off by one lol. Pay was a little low compared to other companies but what they lacked in pay and amenities, they made up for by just treating you well. I only left because I moved and couldn’t take the truck with me.

I had 1.7 million miles and still counting never had a late delivery, always ran hard, no accidents the whole time i worked their got fired with no verbal warning or written warning and no explanation of what for. If you want info on them message me I wont pull no punches

There equipment always looks clean and nice. The drivers I’ve saw on the road were all professional. Seems like a good company they train for cdl license as well last I knew so that’s another plus.

The recruiter that called me @kelly is so nice,polite and answered all of my questions.When she didn't have an answer she went,found out then called me with the answer...I believe I've made a good choice I'm excited about orientation Yippy!
