16 years of driving, And this is the most thorough smoothest and informative orientation I have ever had.! This company will take very good care of you. if you are in a job transition From any company that does not value you or treat you for what you are worth.! I would say stay away from the mega companies and check these guys out.!

It's a great place to work. My husband has been here 19 years ago far. Lots of benefits, good pay, and dispatchers who care. If you're looking for work as a driver, there are options for almost every driver from glass to refer to heavy haul. What's your pleasure?

If you're a dedicated worker looking for growth, this is a great place to be. I've found a home at Combined and am satisfied with both my job and the earning potential when done right. Like any trucking company, there are challenges, but management is top-notch—some hiccups here and there, but strong communication smooths things out. Overall, an excellent workplace.

Management often says one thing but does another. Benefits are solid, but leadership can be questionable. Home time is decent, and the benefits are good—but don’t let them pressure you if your miles start dropping.

So far, it has been a great experience. Training pays $200 per day, covering orientation and backing (one week each), with weekends off but still paid—$1400 per week. After that, you train with a mentor for four weeks before driving solo. It's been great so far.
