I have been working with the company for over a year. Great owner's and management is awesome! Everyone in the office is great. Friendly and happy to see you after a long time out on the road. Always keeps you up to date on your inspections and all insurance. No forced dispatch at all! If you feel unsafe at any time they tell you safety first!! My dispatcher Mike always says "safety first". It's nice that a company understands the stress we, as drivers, have to handle every day! They always want us to make it home to our love one's and the time we get off is awesome. They have lots of uptime and very little down time! You will always have loads and the money is great! Best place I have ever ran for and my family is benefiting from the money my truck has been making! Thank you connect freight for all you have helped me and my family achieve this last year!!

Terrible place to work for. They will not show you your rate cons. They will steal your money. An overcharge you for the trucks. I do not recommend working here they are very unprofessional. And if you decide to leave do not give them two weeks notice

Enjoyed my time here in the leasing program. They treated me fairly I have no complaints. I was on the road for 2 weeks at a time which was the only down part but sometimes you have to do what you have to do. I would honestly say most of my loads were tarp loads around 80% of the time but that was back in 2021. Very thankful for the experience though.

What is the best part of working at the company? Nothing! They do not know how to treat or talk to you. They sit you down for days and when they finally get a load they don’t care about your hours. They will adjust them in the cpu to make sure you deliver on time. Equipment looks good but breaks down every week. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The company itself! Dispatchers are horrible. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Nobody speaks proper English and environment is very stressful What is a typical day like for you at the company? Horrible! Depressing! Stressful! Dangerous! No money!

Company comes off like they are good company over the phone like everyone else but they leave out the ridiculous fines they try and charge you for things you can't prevent. They are a soft forced dispatch and they claim they ask for more money on the loads but seem to rarely get any.

This trucking company has great potential to be a great company. The management seems very nice and helpful. There are a lot of things to learn at this company. They appear to extra knowledgeable in the laws that apply to the trucking industry. For owner operators,... they have set up rules/guidelines to help them be successful, and to protect them from failure. They also clearly separate the company responsibilities and the owner ops responsibilities. Coming from a larger company to this one. It can seem overwhelming or negative to some people. At the heart of it ...if you can look for it. It will become clear that you are in a partnership. There a lot of things that I took for granted at my last company. Here you are made aware of them, and have to deal with them. You will be compensated fairly for all work completed appropriately.

Stressful What is a typical day like for you at the company? Delivering early morning, sit all morning they’ll find a load in afternoon and want you to drive all night

Connect Freight has been a great company starting out. A few things worth pointing out are that this is a small business, so you will always feel welcomed, and getting acquainted with everyone and the job itself is much easier that way. All the personnel at the office has been really helpful, especially safety with helping me get my registration and everything needed for my truck to get me on the road fast. My dispatch has kept me running even on this tough market. I highly recommend this company if you want to start and stay in the trucking industry - they know what they're doing.

You are not paid for training, however they pay for the hotel. You don't get a lot of miles. After being on the road for 3 weeks, I needed to go home. I brought back the truck to the base. For my last check they charged me for gas, and maintenance for the truck. I was sent the statements but I did not receive a check. I have called accounting, dispatch and management and was not able to speak with someone. Nobody has been able to provide me with answers on to where and when I will be receiving my pay. This is one of the worst companies that I have worked for. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Overall good company. Always paid on time never screwed me out any money. Dispatchers are on your side just be fair and show respect to them and they'll return the favor. The ladies in the office were great as well. If I ever go back otr this is the company I'm going back to

When I started i was not happy because i use to pull a tanker. Now i pull a dry van. The longer i work here the better it seems to get. The people who own and run the business are foreigners i think Ukraine, but they are nice and know the business.

They operate like a corporate business and don't really respect owner operators, they tell you no forced dispatch but dispatchers will agree to loads without your approval. A majority of the loads they book are heavy and try to dictate where you go with loads if you don't say anything. They charge a 1k fine if you get a dot violation so for example if you are going down the road and a rock chips your window and you get a DOT inspection and get a warning that's a 1k fine. If you get a nail in a tire you have to repair or replace it but they don't know how you prevent a nail from getting in your tire
