I’m a current driver for Cowan on they’re Chep account out of Leetsdale P.A. I have been with the company around a year and a half, and can say that I am truly glad that I found these guys to work for, good wage, some of the best equipment I have driven in my 20 plus year driving career, and basically everyone from other drivers to dispatch, and all the way to corporate have been top notch.
Just started here but i will say if the action matches the energy in orientation i will like this company a lot. Ill update in 6 months
It's OK they are pretty fair even though they fired me could have gave me another chance but they gave me 2 so more than some companies do

A decent company to work for, especially on a contract-dedicated basis. The environment is relaxed, but refueling can be a hassle. Parking to accumulate hours is frustrating—you might finish in 8 hours but have to wait another 4 to reach 12.
Rather than having your back, they’ll throw you under the bus. I gave them 110%, and they still let me down. Upper management prioritizes profits over drivers, treating them as expendable.
