Great company to drive for. I’ve enjoyed my time with the company (6yrs) and their awesome asset managers(Kelly, Jess, Cameron, & Robert). My ONLY issue is if you’re leaving the company they’d prefer the truck be taken to a terminal (I put in my 2wk notice I didn’t just quit or leave the truck). It doesn’t matter if it’s parked at one of our drop yards with your personal vehicle there. If left at the drop yard you’ll be charged for The recovery miles of the truck. If taken to the terminal you’ll be responsible for how you get home. Which in my case the nearest terminal is about 200 miles from the drop yard. The drop yard is secure enough to leave your loaded trailers but not your trucks?? Definitely in need of a new policy.

Great company for which to drive. Respectful asset managers who keep you rolling. Always pre-planned so I rarely sit wasting time unlike my previous company. For home time my asset manager reached out to me. Unheard of in this field. They want your commitment to the job and they reciprocate by getting you home when you want to go. My average take home weekly is consistently above $1000.00. If you can't make money with Crete then you probably just don't want to work.

This is a mega carrier keep that in mind if you apply. I thought they would be different and it’s not. If you like working a a place like swift, J.B. hunt, Schneider etc. then you’ll probably do just fine here.

Good company who cares about drivers, but can’t always hold to what they promise. Just seems the left side has no idea what the right side is doing. Makes like difficult.

I really like this company. They pay decent. Overall miles are ok. Dispatch is great! Stress is very low working here. Good home time. There are always asking about me getting hometime and they always seem to get me where I need to go by the time I need to get there. Great company in my opinion
