Being a company employee, not only is this a great place to work, but the timely manor in which the way the work is being done here is orderly and efficient.

This is a solid job overall, though home time can be a challenge. The equipment is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of freight available. One common route runs from Ohio to California and back. The office staff is fantastic, and 24-hour dispatch support is a definite plus.
Dancer is a smaller company, so they experience typical small-company freight issues. They sometimes take loads without properly calculating available driving hours and often push drivers to take the southern route to California, even for northern deliveries. While it’s not a bad company overall, they struggle to match the pay and home time flexibility offered by larger carriers.
