Doug should be fired. They don't listen to anything you say. They deliver whenever they want. Cancel deliveries over and over. Call customers at 7 at night and want to just drop off 20k of cookie dough. But Doug tops the cake!! I don't think I have ever dealt with someone like him. He needs to go.
By far the worst shipping company on the planet! They tell you a day and then it's 2 weeks later. Staff are rude! Unhelpful! Why pay frieght if the company won't make the drive? Avoid at all costs!
My item has been sitting at their warehouse for awhile now. Was told last Thursday going to be delivered....nope. Called and was told I could come get. They get the freight charge and I get to pay for fuel. Hmmm
This is my second dealing with this company. My first order, they continued to tell me your order is coming we are getting it on a truck. Never happened, had to go buy elsewhere and have them return to sender. Fast forward 6months. I call on Monday, our driver will be in your area end of week. You will have your delivery Thursday, Friday at the latest. Office lady calls on Friday and states my order will be there on Tuesday. WHAT!!!! Are you kidding me, now my granddaughters don’t have their pool for their birthday on Sunday. Such a disappointing company. Will NEVER deal with them again. Nor would I recommend it. If I could give a ZERO star I would have
Started off great. They called and said my delivery would be there between 3 and 5 the next day. Never showed, no call nothing. The next day I could not get in touch with the office until after 9am and was informed that the driver ran out of time and my package would be delivered SOME TIME next week (it was Wednesday) . When I asked if I could come get it, they said I needed to make an appointment so it could be ready. Poor service to say the least.
Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this company, particularly Betty in the Billings office. They will continually make promises about delivery windows and then break those promises. They will not call to let you know there are problems. And, they are rude on the phone. Far from customer friendly!
Great, got some free firewood
They says they are 24 hrs facility but i called lady told they have nobody at 10 pm. Told us to come in the morning.
Shop foreman is an out and out liar. Wake you up to come inside then yell at you because your not dressed to the nines....excuse me my 10 hour break is my time. Show photographic evidence that the foreman is a liar and even had witness statements what he said wasn't true but as per most trucking companies unless you are office elite you dont matter. Was also told that once I brought a truck back from Salt Lake that I would be given a local driving position only to be told once I got to Billings that oh we filled that job you have to stay otr.
Shirley and Jay Foley are top notch folks, family oriented and run a great place to work. Always been super helpful and easy to do business for. Was a great experience.
I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
Very nice people
Good atmosphere nice staff from office personnel and drivers
Currently work at DTS with a dedicated route. Dispatch keeps me busy and they get me home on my scheduled day off (mostly). There are times where I don't make it home (few and far between) but that is trucking ... you can't predict weather. This is a great place, you are a name NOT a number. I have found a home and will be here until I retire.
Worked for DTS out of the Salt Lake terminal for a few months. Very friendly helpful staff that works with drivers to resolve issues A+. Average work week is 40 to 50 hours with 1 trip out of town for two days each week. Some deliveries require driver to start around 3 to 4am with several locations being a bit tricky to deliver. Equipment (especially trailers) and qualcomm system outdated but Kevin makes sure equipment is repaired if you let him know. Some deliveries have to be unloaded with a pallet jack so be ready to work. Rescue duty and swaps on weekends, some of which run up to yellowstone and back. Job requires flexibility but management is very good about working with drivers. This job isnt for everyone but if you're honest and upfront with management you'll get the same in return.
This is where I work what else can I say These guys are great they get me out on time every time I've never had any issues with him I love working here and I couldn't ask for more and that's coming from a driver who's been here for over 7 years
Was allowed to stay on property overnight which is awesome. In and out in 2 hours. Great place.
Professional friendly and quick, life as a driver would be 10 times nicer if all shippers treated us this good
Great experience!!!one day before appt, space for parking and empty in 20min.Amazing
Great place to work
Avoid this place! I spent 7 hours on loading!!! Truck driver
Friendly staff drop a trailer pick up next day
They are a pos company to work for. Don't work for them at all
Great place for work. Amazing people to work with.
It is public. It was a good place to work.
Great business..
Great peopke, great place.
If there was a problem with your truck. They brushed you off. All they cared about was delivery delivery delivery. The drivers task and traffic and weather was not taken into consideration.
It's a family company that you are either in or out. If they like you then you can do no wrong. If they don't, you can kick rocks. It's really that simple.
They do t care you have a family. The owner want you to be a robot and keep going. The own talks down to his employees. The pay is not all they say it is.
I have been here about 10 years and have had very little to complain about and when I do the complaint gets taken care of. I work closely with my dispatch team, they tell me when and where,I have to be and I get the job done, questions are answered quickly. I have never stayed at any job more than 5 years, like I said I have been here almost 10 and will retire out of this company
They have 2 drivers who’ve worked there for over a year. They expect you to work 16+ hours a day with no overtime. Expect you to work 6 days a week until your 70 of drive time hours are used. I was “laid off” for refusing to go over my hours of service for the fourth week in a row. Owner never returned my calls. Management/dispatch literally tells you to keep driving over your driving hours. Only 2 warehouse guys so you have to load your own trucks a few times a week if you want to get your day started at a decent time. Lift gate trailers are broken and the 1 electric pallet jack is broken and is never charged. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Poor training if any for employees. High rate of mistakes made and no accountability. Wrong delivery dates and loading appointments. 17 hours waiting at a dock since an appointment never made. Glad they pay by the hour. Total confusion .by.staff
Favoritism, backstabbing, every employee is subject to punishment in different forms. I had 6 terminal managers in 1 year. The owner switches insurance companies every 6 months. They hired a nurses aide to handle dispatch duties. Great place to work!
Good place to work with a lot of freight. Try to get you home for a 34 every weekend. Keep you running if you want. would recommend this place to others as a good employment option.
