Doug should be fired. They don't listen to anything you say. They deliver whenever they want. Cancel deliveries over and over. Call customers at 7 at night and want to just drop off 20k of cookie dough. But Doug tops the cake!! I don't think I have ever dealt with someone like him. He needs to go.

By far the worst shipping company on the planet! They tell you a day and then it's 2 weeks later. Staff are rude! Unhelpful! Why pay frieght if the company won't make the drive? Avoid at all costs!

This is my second dealing with this company. My first order, they continued to tell me your order is coming we are getting it on a truck. Never happened, had to go buy elsewhere and have them return to sender. Fast forward 6months. I call on Monday, our driver will be in your area end of week. You will have your delivery Thursday, Friday at the latest. Office lady calls on Friday and states my order will be there on Tuesday. WHAT!!!! Are you kidding me, now my granddaughters don’t have their pool for their birthday on Sunday. Such a disappointing company. Will NEVER deal with them again. Nor would I recommend it. If I could give a ZERO star I would have

Started off great. They called and said my delivery would be there between 3 and 5 the next day. Never showed, no call nothing. The next day I could not get in touch with the office until after 9am and was informed that the driver ran out of time and my package would be delivered SOME TIME next week (it was Wednesday) . When I asked if I could come get it, they said I needed to make an appointment so it could be ready. Poor service to say the least.

Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this company, particularly Betty in the Billings office. They will continually make promises about delivery windows and then break those promises. They will not call to let you know there are problems. And, they are rude on the phone. Far from customer friendly!

Shop foreman is an out and out liar. Wake you up to come inside then yell at you because your not dressed to the nines....excuse me my 10 hour break is my time. Show photographic evidence that the foreman is a liar and even had witness statements what he said wasn't true but as per most trucking companies unless you are office elite you dont matter. Was also told that once I brought a truck back from Salt Lake that I would be given a local driving position only to be told once I got to Billings that oh we filled that job you have to stay otr.

Currently work at DTS with a dedicated route. Dispatch keeps me busy and they get me home on my scheduled day off (mostly). There are times where I don't make it home (few and far between) but that is trucking ... you can't predict weather. This is a great place, you are a name NOT a number. I have found a home and will be here until I retire.

Worked for DTS out of the Salt Lake terminal for a few months. Very friendly helpful staff that works with drivers to resolve issues A+. Average work week is 40 to 50 hours with 1 trip out of town for two days each week. Some deliveries require driver to start around 3 to 4am with several locations being a bit tricky to deliver. Equipment (especially trailers) and qualcomm system outdated but Kevin makes sure equipment is repaired if you let him know. Some deliveries have to be unloaded with a pallet jack so be ready to work. Rescue duty and swaps on weekends, some of which run up to yellowstone and back. Job requires flexibility but management is very good about working with drivers. This job isnt for everyone but if you're honest and upfront with management you'll get the same in return.

If your truck has an issue, they tend to dismiss it. Their priority is delivery, with little regard for driver tasks, traffic, or weather conditions.

I’ve been here for nearly 10 years and have had very few complaints. When issues arise, they’re addressed promptly. I work closely with dispatch—they tell me where I need to be, and I get the job done. Questions are answered quickly. I’ve never stayed at a job longer than five years, but I plan to retire here.

Only two drivers have been here for over a year. They expect you to work 16+ hours a day without overtime, six days a week until your 70 driving hours are used up. I was laid off for refusing to exceed my hours of service for the fourth consecutive week. The owner never returned my calls, and management/dispatch repeatedly pressured me to drive beyond legal limits. Only two warehouse workers, so drivers often have to load their own trucks to start the day on time. Lift gate trailers are broken, and the single electric pallet jack is never charged. Stay far away from this company!

Training is minimal, if provided at all. Mistakes are frequent, and accountability is lacking. Incorrect delivery dates and loading appointments are common. I once waited 17 hours at a dock because an appointment was never scheduled. Fortunately, they pay by the hour, but the staff is completely disorganized.

Favoritism and backstabbing are rampant, with employees facing different forms of punishment. I had six terminal managers in one year. The owner changes insurance providers every six months. They even hired a nurse’s aide to handle dispatch duties. What a great place to work!

A solid workplace with plenty of freight. They try to get drivers home for a 34-hour reset every weekend and keep you running if you want. I’d recommend this company as a good employment option.
