This place is more focused on themselves. They only care about their own family and how deep their pockets go. They abuse and use employees and drivers. They watch you to see how long you use the bathroom for. They talk to you like a child. Poor management- No HR. They overbook loads and lie to customers. If you are late they assume you didn’t start on time and don’t care about your hours or following DOT rules because they just want the load covered.

Company is owned by family beware. Very shady people in office there. You'll never get promoted and very tough to work for. No HR to talk to. I would not recommend.

Djuric was the worse company I could have worked for. This company was all about themselves. They didn't offer any advancements in the company and they did not work with their employees.

Stay away from there driver's. Beware, don't be fool. This company will take advantage of you, they don't respect E-log or your license. They will run you in the ground, terminate you, take your remaining check, write up bogus charges.

Seems that you are getting your 5 stars FROM YOUR EMPLOYEES, because YOU COVER UP FOR YOUR EMOLOYEES ILLEGAL ACTIONS. For example, on West Liberty Avenue in Pittsburgh, hitting a “1 hour parking” sign, while making an ILLEGAL U-turn in one of your trucks, creating the sign to stand at a 45 degree angle INTO THE road, creating a major hazard, and then LEAVING THE SCENE. What do you care, that you left a single woman, with a car that is damaged, who is left to try and figure out how her car will ever pass for inspection now? Classy company. REALLY classy, Mr. Djuric.

Like every other company, pay is ok for the one out and back move. Just asking to pickup other load at end of day for next day, you don't get paided for it that day. In all ok company to work for.

I would tell all drivers to avoid working for Djuric Trucking Company because drivers aren’t respected and your personal time and family time is not respected. Djuric Trucking only cares about making money and very little care is given for their drivers personal well being.

Very well managed for them to get lease payments on new equipment from hard working drivers to pay for listing the lease as a loan on your payroll statement. Require the use of their shop only for maintenance and repairs that are over priced, then terminate you because they can for no reason at all because Indiana is a right to work State. This helps build their fleet at all your expense.

This by far has been the worst company I have worked for in my entire 20 year driving career. Only a few certain drivers get good paying loads while the other poor drivers get table scraps. Don’t ever do a lease purchase with these people. You will be stuck with extremely high mechanical bills from their in house shop which is the only shop they’ll allow to work on the lease truck. You will never receive your title to your truck even after you’ve paid it off. Also if you put them down as a former employer for a new job they will give you a bad review or say u never worked there even if you were a top driver. I hope this helps someone to stay away from these people.

As a container company the company was knowledgeable about the contracts and the jobs to be done. On the toughest jobs is to learn all the different rail yards
