Garbage people. Garbage place. Garbage owners. Stay away. Other better places to make what "They Promise".

I used to work with this guys for 7 years, no complaints at all, always paid on time, best dispatch team!
Great place to work with , amazing programs for owner operators , they give me in rent Dryvan trailer with great price . When my truck broke down they helped me with repairs. Company own a shop and for owner operators have discounts. Really experienced dispatchers , all of them been truck drivers . Good bonuses for new drivers . Have 2 yards , really good location for parking trucks

Not a good fit for me here a lot in hidden gray areas on there contracts that will withhold your income pay
Stay away from here they don’t give back your $1000
Best company ever!! So happy to be working here! Great team and awesome work
I've been driving a long time. Worked for too many companies. This one is by FAR the best I have ever had the pleasure of working for. They keep their word. They respect and love their drivers. I feel truly blessed to work here!
i have worked with this company for some time and everyone has been helpful and 100% professional from the start. very grateful for everyone's dedication. keep it up everyone!
DreamWorks is a great company. They have a supportive office staff. Everyone in each department knows what needs to be done in a timely manner. Guys are definitely to work for and to work with. New equipment, competitive pay and always open for collaboration and discussion if any question occured.
If you come to this company, ask to have DAN as your dispatcher. He’s one of the best dispatchers I’ve had at my driving career. Unfortunately, I had to leave the company for personal reasons but I made decent money and miles are very consistent with this company. The people there are real nice.
Nice equipment, office staff professional, dispatcher gets me the miles…sometimes forgets I have a home life 🤙🏼. But really nice guy. Like any trucking company in the 27 yrs of driving communications is key!! Over all really happy here not going anywhere soon!🤙🏼 …
At this time not a good fit for me. What I did learn about the company while job hunting is that their drivers love their job, good pay, and hometime. In this industry you can't hardly ask for more.
Great company to work for. They treat their drivers with respect and genuinely care for their drivers. Their dispatch is always prompt on getting you a load even if they are not in the office on a Saturday or Sunday night. The safety and recruitment stand by their word. I'm not getting any special treatment. I just see how bad the industry is and just want to give them credit where credit is due.
Do not be surprised by the unexpected. They have their favorites, but even then they will run over you if you let them. Probably one to 2 dispatchers were understanding, kind and when asked for time off they were 90% accommodating. Overall this place isn't worth it after a awhile. No growth, just another number and when they are done with your usefulness, they will discard you and move on. They have left drivers abandoned and will not get you home.
Used to be great. All of the local dispatch left, new dispatch is overseas. Horrible miles and communication. Switched from Cpm pay to load percentage, you only see what they say the load pays. No real rate con. They’re liquidating trucks and sold their yard. Definitely going downhill fast. Find work elsewhere.
Amazing company , good people. They care about you, your safety and equipment . When I asked home time they arrange me. They gave me brand new truck and trailer .Recommend.
For the most part I'm satisfied with my job the company tells you what they expect of you and as long as you do your job there's no problems. The dispatcher I work with is kind and courteous and we have a good relationship with communication is good so there's no problems and the equipment is good
I worked there in August 1st into September 2022. I was diagnosed with cancer during this time. I gave them a two week notice that I was having a procedure done and I didn't know if I was coming back. They kept my security deposit which they will require you to deposit up to or over $1,000. And I understand why the security deposit is there to recoup money for trucks not returned. And those drivers that have accidents. I had no accidents no claims I returned the equipment in perfect working order. They did not return the money so think twice before you work with DreamWorks carrier. They also said they would get me home every two weeks which never happened. I was out much longer and only had time for a ten hour break and one 34 hr reset during my employment approximately 2 months which was 1099. Brokers will rule your days off.
