I would never recommend this company. they lie about owner operators. they waste time and money .... stay away . customer service has to be the worst ever.
DSV Sweden is worst freight company I have ever been involved.
I never come back to here. Unprofessional only this man S Willam Mchus waiting two hours to get door. 3 unloading. If you want go inside no one can open to you the delivery door crazy please place. For me. I am done here

This a very bad place to work. They treat and talk to you with no respect. From the managers to the supervisors. They talk down on you and talk about you behind your back. Just a very low place to work. Save yourself the peace of mind.
Quick unload, was out within minutes from appointment time, more than enough space for 53”. 👍🏽 …
Unprofessional! they sent me to 141, If you want go inside no one can open for u. waiting 2h to finally see someone there and tell me to go on 88. Delivery was fast on 88, that's why I give them 2start.
The management is very unprofessional. I have never worked somehwere where they make you feel so terrible about yourself. They do not train you correctly, and expect you to know everything as a new employee. Management walks around with their head held high as if they never had a mangament position, and talk behind everyones back. Everyone who is new feels the bad energy. Save your time. & protect your energy at all cost.
It's been a pleasure to work with DSV. I recently started working with them on some local runs out of Huntsville, AL. Communication was awesome and rates were very competitive. Would definitely recommend
This is a great company to work for
So far, so good. Running me the way I like to run. No complaints. The best company I have ever driven for. Will hopefully retire from here. Update: it has now been 2 months since I started working here, and so far, it has been really good. Had a couple of small hiccups, but hey, we are still learning each other.
Just a heads up to any owner operators. If you do not subrscribe to their demands on tracking, 1 they will call you none stop, 2 they will deduct payment from you with no recourse. We are a small trucking company from the same state. We take pride in doing what we say and do not need a babysitter to look over our business. this is the second time i have had problems with this office. I will not take another load from this branch again. If you are reading this and are looking for a better solution, call the Buffalo office.
I did there lease purchase to buy a truck they say you pick and choose your own loads and that you can make as much money as want depending on how hard you work. The truth is you can not choose loads that are over 12 ft wide or are worth more than 200,000$. My tuck did consistently 15k to 17k never below and I only took home 700 to 900 a week. They are willing to let you borrow from your truck payment but then you pay it back with 12 % interest. But they did pay me to bring the truck and I did get my escrow money. When you work hard enough the money should be there and I shouldn’t have to ask for advances
Very nice people, friendly,
Management needs to stop admiring thier titles & actually get some work done! Communication is so slack between management & the people who are actually getting it done out in the warehouses & the roads & yards! Need to learn how to move as a team. No motivation & low pay that will make an employee buy into what the global company is trying to accomplish. High turnover is not a good look when your trying to expand & promote the DSV brand as premier! Most employees are cool but definitely not appreciated!
Too many load board runs and don't make enough money To keep up with the times, not good loaf planning either, had to leave or go bankrupt so it was time to go
The Lancaster office staff is very unfriendly and forced to dispatch,They are full of bureaucracy and ignore drivers. The higher the expectations, the greater the disappointment.
11 years at company and was supported most of time and always had a voice to upper managment. Complaints and questions always found a ear to be resolved
Leadership with no INTEGRITY, and when there's no one who's in authority who exercises that very important ingredient, it means that they have the wrong people running the establishment.
Most horrible place I have ever worked for you don't get time to do anything you need to in life and they pay you horribly and you have to work holidays
I loved working at DSV it was exciting and fun it had it's ups and downs but for the most part it was a nice place to work good employee's nice environment good benefits good pay and you can go far in the business.
For healthcare insurance poor pay drivers managers are jerks I believe they should rename the company do starving drivers of America one of the worst companies in the industry to work for managers are total jerks a fight with you to keep you on the road when you ARE do hometime they micromanage the drivers and write you up at every instant
Cant treat them. There office employees dont have your back they have some good office people but others have a power trip that makes it had to deal with them
Very high turnover rate because of inept UPPER Management. So forced overtime is The norm. thus more turnover! Promise You pay increases and Then make excuses for not giving You one.
It's a roll of the dice on the truck you lease. If you get a decent truck and run your own load board it will work. Stay east of I 35 and run your truck smart. Good luck
They say they care about there drivers That is not true All it come down to is they want there money And what they can get out of the driver's And moving the fright
If you want to better or grow your business then I suggest you try someone else because it is all about them and if you get into a financial bind they will terminate your contract
I really enjoyed the time I spent there, people I met. Things I learned help me get ready for future jobs. Sad I had housing problems and had to relocate.

I found myself challenged on the day to day. Managers are willing to lend a hand as needed. Working there is not too challenging but it keeps you on your toes.
i personally did not have a good experience when it came to working for DSV. They screwed me over and then fired me for their own short comings and expected me to do things that they should of done themselves. I was buying a truck from them but it had more problems and had to be constantly fixed for a different problem each time.
moving product from one location to another. Management always there when needed. co-work work at the same paste. hardest part was to learn that the company lost its contract. Most enjoyable part was working for them
