They make wheels turning in this crazy global market! It tells a lot
I had a bit of a hiccup with my last shipment, and I was sweating bullets, but their team was on it like white on rice!
Logistics could be so high-tech? You can manage shipments, track deliveries, and even get quotes in a snap
They’ve got offices all over the world, but they still manage to make you feel like you’re dealing with a local company
I call it big enough to handle anything but small enough to care
This company is highly unreliable and misleading about its owner-operator policies. They waste time and money, and their customer service is exceptionally poor. Avoid them at all costs.
DSV Sweden is the worst freight company I’ve ever dealt with.
I never come back to here. Unprofessional only this man S Willam Mchus waiting two hours to get door. 3 unloading. If you want go inside no one can open to you the delivery door crazy please place. For me. I am done here
I never come back to here. Unprofessional waiting two hours to get door. 3 unloading. If you want go inside no one can open to you the delivery door 141 crazy please place. For me. Iam done here
This a very bad place to work. They treat and talk to you with no respect. From the managers to the supervisors. They talk down on you and talk about you behind your back. Just a very low place to work. Save yourself the peace of mind.
Quick unload, was out within minutes from appointment time, more than enough space for 53”. 👍🏽 …
Unprofessional! they sent me to 141, If you want go inside no one can open for u. waiting 2h to finally see someone there and tell me to go on 88. Delivery was fast on 88, that's why I give them 2start.
The management is very unprofessional. I have never worked somehwere where they make you feel so terrible about yourself. They do not train you correctly, and expect you to know everything as a new employee. Management walks around with their head held high as if they never had a mangament position, and talk behind everyones back. Everyone who is new feels the bad energy. Save your time. & protect your energy at all cost.
It's been a pleasure to work with DSV. I recently started working with them on some local runs out of Huntsville, AL. Communication was awesome and rates were very competitive. Would definitely recommend
This is a great company to work for
So far, so good. Running me the way I like to run. No complaints. The best company I have ever driven for. Will hopefully retire from here. Update: it has now been 2 months since I started working here, and so far, it has been really good. Had a couple of small hiccups, but hey, we are still learning each other.
Just a heads up to any owner operators. If you do not subrscribe to their demands on tracking, 1 they will call you none stop, 2 they will deduct payment from you with no recourse. We are a small trucking company from the same state. We take pride in doing what we say and do not need a babysitter to look over our business. this is the second time i have had problems with this office. I will not take another load from this branch again. If you are reading this and are looking for a better solution, call the Buffalo office.
I did there lease purchase to buy a truck they say you pick and choose your own loads and that you can make as much money as want depending on how hard you work. The truth is you can not choose loads that are over 12 ft wide or are worth more than 200,000$. My tuck did consistently 15k to 17k never below and I only took home 700 to 900 a week. They are willing to let you borrow from your truck payment but then you pay it back with 12 % interest. But they did pay me to bring the truck and I did get my escrow money. When you work hard enough the money should be there and I shouldn’t have to ask for advances
Very nice people, friendly,
Management focuses too much on their titles instead of getting work done. Communication between management and employees in warehouses, roads, and yards is severely lacking. The company lacks teamwork, motivation, and fair wages, making it hard for employees to buy into its goals. High turnover damages its reputation, and although some employees are great, they aren’t valued.
There are too many load board runs that don’t generate enough income to stay afloat. Poor load planning makes it difficult to keep up financially, forcing drivers to either leave or go bankrupt.
The Lancaster office staff is unfriendly and rigid in their dispatching approach. Bureaucracy rules the workplace, and drivers are ignored. The gap between expectations and reality leads to major disappointment.
After spending 11 years at the company, I generally felt supported and had access to upper management. Whenever I had concerns or complaints, they were acknowledged and addressed.
Leadership lacks integrity, and without strong moral principles at the top, the wrong people are running the business.
This is the worst place I’ve ever worked. The job takes up all my time, the pay is terrible, and working holidays is mandatory.
I truly enjoyed working at DSV—it was engaging and fun. Despite ups and downs, it provided a good work environment, excellent benefits, fair pay, and strong growth opportunities.
Poor healthcare, bad pay, and difficult managers characterize this company. The treatment of drivers is unacceptable, and management fights to keep drivers on the road, even when they are due for home time. Micromanagement and constant write-ups make it one of the worst companies to work for.
Office employees fail to support drivers. While some office staff are great, others act on a power trip, making interactions frustrating.
High turnover stems from incompetent upper management, leading to excessive overtime becoming the norm. Promises of pay increases are made but rarely fulfilled.
Leasing a truck with them is a gamble. If you get a reliable vehicle and manage your own load board wisely, things might work out. Stick to the eastern region and manage your truck carefully for the best results.
The company claims to prioritize its drivers, but in reality, its focus is solely on profit. Drivers are seen as tools for making money rather than valued team members.
If you aim to grow your business, look elsewhere. This company only prioritizes itself, and if you face financial difficulties, they will terminate your contract.
I appreciated my time at DSV and the people I worked with. The experience helped me prepare for future roles. Unfortunately, housing issues forced me to relocate.
Management spends too much time admiring their titles instead of contributing to the workload. Communication is poor between leadership and employees. There’s no teamwork, motivation is low, wages aren’t appealing, and turnover is incredibly high. Although many employees are great, they are not recognized or appreciated.
The job was consistently engaging, and managers were willing to provide support when needed. While not too difficult, the role kept me on my toes.
My job involved transporting goods between locations. Management was available when necessary, and coworkers maintained a steady pace. The hardest part was learning that the company lost its contract, but overall, working there was enjoyable.
