This a very bad place to work. They treat and talk to you with no respect. From the managers to the supervisors. They talk down on you and talk about you behind your back. Just a very low place to work. Save yourself the peace of mind.

The management is very unprofessional. I have never worked somehwere where they make you feel so terrible about yourself. They do not train you correctly, and expect you to know everything as a new employee. Management walks around with their head held high as if they never had a mangament position, and talk behind everyones back. Everyone who is new feels the bad energy. Save your time. & protect your energy at all cost.

It's been a pleasure to work with DSV. I recently started working with them on some local runs out of Huntsville, AL. Communication was awesome and rates were very competitive. Would definitely recommend

So far, so good. Running me the way I like to run. No complaints. The best company I have ever driven for. Will hopefully retire from here. Update: it has now been 2 months since I started working here, and so far, it has been really good. Had a couple of small hiccups, but hey, we are still learning each other.

Just a heads up to any owner operators. If you do not subrscribe to their demands on tracking, 1 they will call you none stop, 2 they will deduct payment from you with no recourse. We are a small trucking company from the same state. We take pride in doing what we say and do not need a babysitter to look over our business. this is the second time i have had problems with this office. I will not take another load from this branch again. If you are reading this and are looking for a better solution, call the Buffalo office.

I did there lease purchase to buy a truck they say you pick and choose your own loads and that you can make as much money as want depending on how hard you work. The truth is you can not choose loads that are over 12 ft wide or are worth more than 200,000$. My tuck did consistently 15k to 17k never below and I only took home 700 to 900 a week. They are willing to let you borrow from your truck payment but then you pay it back with 12 % interest. But they did pay me to bring the truck and I did get my escrow money. When you work hard enough the money should be there and I shouldn’t have to ask for advances

Management needs to stop admiring thier titles & actually get some work done! Communication is so slack between management & the people who are actually getting it done out in the warehouses & the roads & yards! Need to learn how to move as a team. No motivation & low pay that will make an employee buy into what the global company is trying to accomplish. High turnover is not a good look when your trying to expand & promote the DSV brand as premier! Most employees are cool but definitely not appreciated!

Leadership with no INTEGRITY, and when there's no one who's in authority who exercises that very important ingredient, it means that they have the wrong people running the establishment.

i personally did not have a good experience when it came to working for DSV. They screwed me over and then fired me for their own short comings and expected me to do things that they should of done themselves. I was buying a truck from them but it had more problems and had to be constantly fixed for a different problem each time.
