In 1955, Eagle Transfer Company started operating the piggyback business with Great Northern Transport, laying the foundation for Eagle Systems, Inc. This turned out to be the early years of their success in intermodal terminal management. In the 1980s, after the Stagger’s Rail Act deregulated the rail industry, Eagle Systems expanded its services. In 1981, they began operations in Seattle, Washington.

Nice employees and helpful
Seriously the worst drayage carrier i have experienced in a long time. I sent them a container months ago, a local 40 mile run, container was arriving to Worchester MA, once the container arrived, they advised they couldnt pull until the middle of the following week, so demurrage was cleared until then. once that time came around, they couldnt pull until the end of the following week. Dispatcher Jim Howe didnt seem to care that he was putting me in a bad spot at all.
They gave my late father the opportunity to explore his potential. He was a great man when he began working there and they helped him to become greater. Science is the art of progress, and Eagle has a culture that is second to none
When I worked here they treated me like family.
Great people and friendly.
Great
One of the worst companies I’ve ever leased to as a contractor and I’ve leased to quite a few. They don’t have any other freight and than the next competitor transport company. The rates are really low, so low the local loads are even worth hauling. 78$ to move a load 20 miles that weighs 42k a load like that should pay over 100$ no matter how far your pulling it. I was hired on under false pretest saying they could get a lot of hub loads that I never got. The dispatchers only care about 5 o clock, and don’t even call and check on you throughout your day to make sure your being profitable. Bad attitude from them and laziness, very unprofessional on the phone... I could go on and on. I would not recommend leasing your truck to eagle systems camp hill, pa.
not a place to work very slow and the maintenance was very poor the work was very slow and at times you my not work at all and the pay was very low that when there was no work you could not afford the time off.
Its an ok place to work just not alot of freight in my aera and they shiw alot of favoritism to some drivers i got along well with management but as the years past the freight compared to were i live just isnt working anymore
Working for this company had one real good thing about it. I got home every day. Sometimes it wasn't for very long but it was enough to sleep and wash clothes.
Trabajo constante y muy buen ambiente Laboral buena paga
A typical day at work usually starts with me checking the truck, making sure EVERYTHING is properly working. After checking the truck, I make sure ALL cargo is properly placed secure and ready for delivery. The management and co workers are great. Everyone helps out one another.
Drove a Freightliner cab over, pulled 45’, 48’ and 53’ containers and trailers. My pick-up and delivery areas included Portland metro area and the ports in Tacoma and Seattle Washington. Also made pick up and deliveries in eastern Washington and western Idaho.
great company to work
They have steady work, good pay
Just 5 stars nothing more
nice equipment
They treat me like family and always have my back. I’ve been with them for 1 year
don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.
love working for them
They have flexible schedules
Eagle Systems is the best company I’ve ever worked for. They have loads of freight, high rates, and low fuel costs. They pay me on time, every time, and never hassle me about anything. They also have a lot of terminals and drop yards across the country, which makes it easy to find parking and get service.
They have a loyal customer base and a good reputation in the industry.
The best benefits and bonuses for drivers.
