I work for FedEx for 3 years and I gave it my all management or mentors who would guide you would put you down and tell you to soak things in but they would require you to bring a sponge to soak it all in very humiliating. If you have any disabilities don't work for them because they do not support that regardless of your age or disability they will force you out.

Great company, depends on the terminal you apply for we get paid .69 cpm here in az only way too have a day run is if you are on top of xtra bored still running nights isn’t that bad worth it for the money. We get paid for everything we do drop,hooks,fuel on top of mileage pay. You work the dock when you get your first bid could be an hour too 4..take home $1300 a week on starting bid

I have been with this company since it was called American Freightways, still, wish it was American Freghtways. FedEx took a great company and turned it into a shell of itself. The only time we get new equipment is when FedEx is going to get a big tax write-off on it.

If you want to make the BIG BUCKS with this company, get hired on as a road driver, transfer to a relay yard ASAP and get LCV certified..6 FIGURES IS EASILY OBTAINABLE AT THIS COMPANY WITH HARD WORK AND THE RIGHT MOVES.

The money is good , little or no respect from the management unless they like you then you can pretty much get away with a lot like taking time off whenever you want.
