You just feel the passion in every interaction
If you need something moved, these are the folks you want on your side. Just don’t ask them to deliver pizza; I hear they take their job way too seriously for that! 🍕😂
It’s functional, but a more user-friendly interface would make a world of difference.
I love to see transparency in their operations and testimonials from long-term client. Definitely reliable company
I worked for this company and they stole my deposits/money when I left them. The owner operates like a criminal withholding pay if you take a few days off. I had surgery and needed a week for recovery and they were gonna keep my earnings if I didn’t come back immediately. I wasn’t legally able to drive due to the medications and they expected me to drive anyway. They constantly had my eld hours refreshed without my consent so I could continue driving over the legal limit. Very illegal. They breached my owner operator contract With them. The owner owed another driver money and that driver actually shot the office up and injured the payroll lady. I would not recommend this company to any driver at all. Beware!
Do not book any loads with this carrier. They took a load from us paying close to $3.00 a mile with a promise to deliver the next day at 5 pm. We were assured by their dispatch that this load would deliver on time or we would have not booked it with them. This load delivered over 26 hours late with no communication from the driver and horrible communication from their dispatch. We were given 4 false ETA to deliver and not one of them was meet. Horrible service!!!!
Why did your driver attack another man when he was called out for foul behavior? What will you be doing to handle the animal that drives 2616? He clearly has no care for how he represents your conpany.
Booked a load with Ben Trajkovikj and he was very responsive with getting me the information needed to book the load. Would work with these guys again.
All the surprise expenses. Crooks ‼️ Turnover rate is out the roof. I didn’t get my escrow or a check.
Very disrespectful drivers. Driver's also like to get physically violent
Great company, very professional and friendly
2616 needs to be fired
This company is horrible, i left them yesterday to join a new company. I returned their equipment to the yard in IL. They’ve decided to keep my entire check that I was expecting tomorrow. I’m infuriated, I can’t pay my bills, they aren’t answering phone calls. Stay far away!!!! They also use the name URO. Stay away Stay away. I’m going to report that they tamper with logs, and all other shady practices. It would have been right to just pay me for my work!!!
WATCH OUT JOIN AT YOUR RISK Was working with this company for a little over a month and after I gave my notice and returned their truck at their yard with no issues, they still didn’t pay me my last check and security deposit. When I called they told me they put a hold on my checks because they wanted to do an inspection but then I found out there’s a driver otr with the same truck. All in all tried contacting them but they forwarding it to voicemail. I already gave up but was writing this just incase future drivers see this so this don’t happen to you. Good luck guys !!
Haven't had any problems thus far. I run teams and where doing great.
One of the best company i ever work. Dispatch are very professional and friendly
Professionalism on high level. Great team. Great loads. Thank you.
Excellent service and good communication with Ben.
Been driving 5 yrs. Worse company ever. They put a hold on my check because I was on home time, charge me for a flight I had to take because of them because They had to fix their truck. when I let them know I was leaving the held my last check and security deposits. Also my friend that was working here he quit after me when he realized they’re a rip off and a scam. So now we’re taking legal action
Not to be trusted as a carrier or to drive for...don't be taken advantage of...read the reviews here from actual people not bots!
Very nice people very nice people there not judgemental like all the rest of the Fortune 500 trucking companies they let their driving record to find you but that's not the proof in the pudding I'm a 20-year wedding this game
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They are nothing but thieves. It's so bad a former employee shot office personnel over money. This company is a complete joke....
Was dealing with force transportation recruiter very nice and respectful however we couldn’t establish a good way to come over even tho they offered other ways of travel and I am very appreciative for that thank u but just isn’t the way I like to travel overall I did think this would have been a good move and again I do appreciate the chitchat and making me feel as if I was family maybe one day I will be part of that family just isn’t this time in life never know what the future holds
DRIVERS BEWARE !! If you want to get paid what you earned, then look elsewhere. I don't think that I will ever drive again after working here.
Best company so far. They treat people with respect and very transparent!
What is the best part of working at the company? The pay—$0.70 per mile—was excellent, though the people were less than ideal. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The trucks—some are in great condition, while others frequently have mechanical issues. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Drivers operate independently, with little concern from management about their well-being. What is a typical day like for you at the company? A lot of waiting around, with frequent trips to the East Coast.
The electronic systems used for work are outdated, prone to freezing, and unreliable. Truck servicing is neglected until breakdowns occur, and employees are discouraged from reporting vehicle issues since doing so could take trucks off the road. There are no benefits, and uniforms must be purchased at personal expense. If you take a day off, any missed deliveries will be added to your workload upon your return.
As a lease driver, the company is decent—when everything runs smoothly, earnings can be substantial. However, they constantly add minor charges for expenses like IFTA and tolls, cutting into profits.
Dispatchers frequently disrespect drivers, and management fails to foster a sense of belonging or teamwork within the company.
Work schedules lack consistency, and pay is salaried. During the holiday season, long hours are expected, though delivery bonuses are offered. Multiple managers handle different aspects of company operations to maintain efficiency.
Avoid this company at all costs. The more effort you put in, the more work they pile on—without additional compensation. No matter how much you do, it’s never enough. Don’t stop—just run.
I am impressed by the company’s vision and values. They seem to care about their employees and customers, and provide a supportive and rewarding work environment. They also offer a variety of positions and routes for drivers who want to grow with the company. Force Transportation Inc is a great choice for anyone looking for a long-term partnership in the transportation industry.
