GTS isn't a good company to work for. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work as a company driver or take a leasing option at this company because they have complete control. Where the truck goes, how much money you make, and how often your at home. It shouldn't be like that. Also, they will not return your escrow nor with they pay you the last pay check. So, in my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for this company.

I was repaired by GTS Transportation and would like to leave a review about the company. I recommend the company because the people here know their work 5+, everything is done very quickly and most importantly with high quality, the attitude towards clients is at a high level! I especially want to highlight the mechanic Lukas and the manager Meder, they know their job perfectly! and by the way, their tracks are in very good condition

Been with the company for a couple months now and it's been great. They've been honest with me about everything I was told before arrival. I get great miles and have never had any issues with maintenance or breakdowns. Would definitely recommend to experienced drivers.

Lol Don't be fooled by the 5-star reviews; I assure you it's from the company itself. Try it yourself! Equipment is ok, but staff are liars and thieves. I wonder why I heard most drivers who leave abandon their trucks is not surprising when you work hard for someone to take your money away from you. Some people can not live a decent life, I guess. And if Gts doesn't like my comment, you can contact me so we can discuss things legally. hypocrits

Horrible company to work with. I had to blacklist them in our system. Zero communication and got hung up on by employees because "They were on vacation". I even spoke to a manager and he couldn't help at all either. The dispatcher on this load was Ion Coipan. He's completely useless just like everyone else I spoke to.

It's a great company to work with. I've been working with GTS Transportation since 2021 September and I'm happy about that. They have a Great office in Burr Ridge, where you can meet your dispatcher or safety assistant and have a rest while your truck is being prepared for a new trip. All trucks are brand new here! Now they started "Down Payment Assistance Program", and it's great opportunity to buy or lease new truck and become owner operator with your own vehicle! Best wishes for maintenance team!

Posted a review about a year ago when I first started with GTS transportation, and it’s only gotten better working for them. I was impressed right away with the company’s investment in their drivers, ensuring the equipment is top notch, and communication is excellent. Shout out to my driver manager Alex who is a rockstar, and Dom who is in charge of maintenance is a awesome guy. I really liked GTS Transportation when I started and a year later I love my job. Just wanted to update for perspective drivers checking this company out. I’d give it a perfect 10 👍 Pics of the brand new drivers lounge they recently added. Makes waiting for service so much nicer. Comfy couches, kitchen area, HUGE TV, private bathrooms/showers, fully stocked laundry room

Well, it turn out this company is really professional and honest, I just had some misunderstanding, with them, but at the end it turn out to be reliable, I really recommend them...

I give credit where credits due. Absolute 5 Stars for the new departments we have on board at GTS. HR, Media, & Driver Relations Department! All 3 departments are very professional & phenomenal at what they do, most importantly they take good care of their drivers. We are not a number here, we are all approached by name. Steve Green (DR) means business. He doesn’t mess around when it comes to his drivers. The Media team stays up to date with their equipment, and are very consistent on all social media platforms. They will give you the inside scoop on GTS so you can see what we are about. And lastly Felicia Hamoza (HR) oh man. She is truly a blessing in disguise! I’ve had a few frustrating issues that she has helped me with but she stuck by my side through it all, never left me hanging, and Guy didn’t meet along the way. What a superwoman she is! If only we had more people in the world like her. Big, thank you to GTS Transportation for bringing in these incredible departments. If I could give more stars I definitely would ⭐️A+

I’ve been here for three weeks, and so far, I have no complaints—although there's always room for improvement. This company provides several paths to help you achieve your goals; for me, that's becoming an owner-operator and having my own truck. They have the right systems in place to make it happen. Everyone—from management to dispatchers to mechanics—is on top of their game. They genuinely care for their drivers and go above and beyond to help them succeed.

Avoid this company. They make a lot of promises that they don’t keep. There’s constant micromanaging, endless “hurry up and wait” situations, and you have to fight to receive detention pay. The dispatchers and staff have no understanding of what it’s like behind the wheel, and it shows. I strongly advise you to stay away.

As far as I know, it’s a stress-free environment 😌 What’s the work environment and culture like at the company? Dedicated workers, strong ethics, and honesty. What’s a typical day like at the company? Visiting the yard in Burr Ridge, IL—it’s always an enjoyable experience.

Orientation was excellent, and I’ve really enjoyed working with my dispatcher. He ensures that I’m earning well and even gets me home early during my home time so I can spend quality moments with my family.

I drove for GTS on a dedicated route and thoroughly enjoyed it. My experience there was fantastic—I earned a lot of money, and the home time was great. Unfortunately, I had to leave because of a family emergency. My time at GTS was memorable, and I only have good things to say about them.

Stay away. As a company driver, they pay 30% of the load, and the loads are low-paying, especially given the state of the trucking industry right now. Alternatively, you can go the lease route for 80% of the load, but you’ll be responsible for all expenses. Lease drivers barely make $2,500 per trip, which might work for you—if you’re okay with that, lol.

This company is excellent to work for. I enjoyed working here because the job was easy, and they paid me enough to save money and buy all the essentials I need in life.

The pay is decent, considering the post-COVID market conditions, and the workload is manageable for the money. As a company driver, I earn 30%. My dispatcher is amazing—they work hard to keep me moving to the next load, treat me with respect, and are genuinely friendly.

At GTS, you’re always kept on the move. As part of the Lease Purchase program, you’ll earn better pay than at most other companies. Management is supportive, offering both professional and personal assistance. The workplace is highly diverse, with people from various countries and backgrounds. The toughest part of the job is balancing home time with work. If you take home time as a Lease Purchase driver, you may end up with little or no paycheck the following week. However, the most enjoyable aspects of working at GTS are the people and the pay.
