Started out with them a few years back, and I ain't looked back since
if you keep things safe and on schedule. It's the kinda stuff that makes you feel valued
I've driven for other companies where the trucks felt like they were held together with duct tape and prayers, but not here
I'm impressed so far
From the get-go, they've been reliable and professiona
Staff is terrible. I donot know what they are doing over there but they anything but responsive or helpful. The ladies Suzie and Teresa dont seem to know how to organize them selves I can not believe they are the only people available to help at this office. Thsy are definitely not reliable when it comes to being professional or have a sense of providing anything in a timely manner even when it is in regards to their employees.
If want to make $ 500.00 a week driving. 24/ / 7 v this is the co u need to work for this coming is socks. Dispatch they are great people do but no money
Awesome people and awesome customer service! Two thumbs way up!!

Can't get a response from anybody
Great company! Great people!
Great team and awesome people
I live in the Upstate of SC and a Hearn Trucking Company truck somehow got lost and went down a wrong road where it clearly states No Thru Trucks and the smoke stack became entangled in a power line and it pulled it from my home and caused damage to the soffit and fascia board. Hearn Trucking Companies insurance company has dealt with poorly by coming up with a ridicalous number to repair the damage and estimates are 2 times higher than what the insurance company is willing to pay. The electrical line was pulled from my home which caused the line to now be up to the current code. I just bought this home 5 days before this happened and i can not get help with the electrical repair--i had to pay $1200.00 to have that fixed and now my own home owners policy is saying they will cancel my policy if the soffit repair is not done in 4 weeks. This incident has caused me alot of trouble, time off work to make calls etc. and alot of stress and Hearn Trucking Company will not help.
THIS IS THE BEST TRUCKING COMPANY THAT I'VE EVER WORKED FOR, IF U R LOOKING FOR A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR, THEN PUT IN UR APPLICATION FOR HEARN TRUCKING LLC, TRUST ME U WILL BE GLAD THAT U DID...I JUST WISHED THAT I KNEW ABOUT THEM SOONER, YEARS AGO,THAT WAY I COULD HAVE CAME TO THIS COMPANY ALONG TIME AGO
Great TRUCKING company. Great owners and staff.
Jack Hearn is an honest man, and a good man, the shop has good mechanics that can do the work, and I never had a problem with payroll (my settlements were always in the bank), but finally we get to dispatch. I caught them in so many lies and just couldn’t trust their words. When they need you they will run you, when they need a favor they will run you, but when you go on your 8 hr break, they put you at the bottom of the list when you wake up, and it takes another 24 hrs to get a load, and if they call you and you don’t answer they put you on break. Then when you call them back they put you at the bottom of the list again. The system is not conducive with making money, and when you complain about it you go to the bottom of the list. I like Jack Hearn, and respect him immensely, but until he changes his system back to the way he has always done it, then I would say consider a different company.
Good equipment if mr. Hern tells you something take it to the bank
If you work on a percentage payroll has a way of paying you so you don't get your full percentage
I've had the distinct pleasure to work for the Hearn's for 7 years. You'll never find a group as honest and fair as the Hearn's. Highly Recommend them.
This company will starve you out! You will be lucky to get (1 load a day)Super high turnover can't get decent employee's anymore because word has got out so they hire foreigners Nigerians & Africans.. Way too many trucks for the amount of business that they have. Most of these drivers cant speak English or back up a truck. The contract they say they have is devided with 2-3 other companies ! They never could get any new business .. YOU WILL STARVE! All that good stuff you hear about Jack! Well he don't even RUN the company anymore! The disbatchers change how they do rotation day by day and you never know whats going on and when you call to check they are sick of talking about it. And whoever said the "yard is big" lol its 300-400 miles from where you will be staging-working you want never see the yard again until you quit!
Ignore the bad reviews. I feel some times that they put them up cause they didn't like what thus company has done. That being said I've worked here for 6 years now and they have treated me with respect and I've made money with them. If you work hard you'll make good money.
THEY R GREAT COMPANY TO WORK FOR I LOVE MY HUSBAND WORKING HERE THEY HAVE REALLY BEEN GOOD TO US MOSTLY TERRY HE HAS A VERY HARD TIME DURING HOLIDAY DO TO THE PASSING OF HIS 16 YEAR OLD SON
Nice people very professional and equipment is well taken care of
If want to make $ 500.00 a week driving. 24/ / 7 v this is the co u need to work for this coming is socks. Dispatch they are great people do but no money
This company specializes in hauling frac sand for the oilfield, and most customers treat drivers with respect. The pay is solid, and they operate in West Texas and New Mexico with well-maintained trucks.
A great workplace with excellent people. They keep their equipment in top condition and offer a variety of hauling options, including livestock, sand, cement, and refrigerated loads. Their open-door policy makes communication easy
They tend to hire far more drivers than needed—sometimes two to four times the necessary amount. Instead of expanding their client base, they rely on a single customer, which limits opportunities.
It used to be a great place to work until one of the owners took over. The office environment became highly competitive and stressful, making job security uncertain.
The owner is a driver and runs the company with honesty and fairness. It’s a solid place to work, especially for those looking for a long-term career. Management was great, but I left chasing a higher income. Industry rates dropped, making it hard to cover expenses. Dispatch was decent but could use some improvements. The work is tough but honest.
I joined as an owner-operator, but two months later, the oilfield slowed down, and the pay structure changed. I stuck around for a few months despite the lack of work. Management was understanding and encouraged me to return when business picked up.
This is a family-owned business located west of Weatherford. Unfortunately, my experience with management was disappointing. I learned a tough lesson about trust and reliability while working under them
Freight fluctuates with the oilfield, leading to inconsistent work and low-paying loads. The best loads always go to favorites, and getting equipment repaired is difficult unless you bypass the shop foreman.
