I currently worked here, the job is simple as it seems, only issue is the environment i worked in. I recently got let go for "attitude problems" and not following directions. However, none of those statements are true, if you're willing to work here you got to watch out for a man named Armando and a lady named Rose. Mainly Armando was the one who started everything, said lies about me in regards of not following directions and not doing anything. Rose, since the first day i got introduced to, she began to give me attitude and respond in a malice manner and seemed to get mad whenever i didn't learn something. This is full discrimination towards me, i’m latino and she was a caucasian lady. The reason I didn't speak up is because i'm not a drama person. I never care how people are or how they work because at the end of the day it's their problem not mine, and i only stick to doing my job.
Every time here never had any problem with delivering. backing into the dock might be little challenging
2 of their OOs were together on I-81S today in NY 2/19/24 about 2:20pm. Both driving old Sysco/Sygma White Volvos. I was in a hazmat tanker. The guy in the lead came into my lane and forced me into the shoulder. He did it even more when I beeped at him. I had no interaction with these guys at all and I couldn’t believe it happened. Crazy
I have been working with Mary Tresco at Hermann Transportation since December. She is a straight shooter and keeps my trucks running. Her extensive knowledge of the industry is of great value added to my company. I make sure when Mary calls, she gets priority. It's a win-win for all.
Our drivers from Import Export have been going recently going to the Hermann Warehouse 445 Rising Sun in Bordentown. Our operators have been raving about the professionalism and timely unloads by the warehouse staff. Several of our drivers have mentioned that Richard is tremendous and maybe one of the nicest warehouse people they have ever encountered. Just wanted to say thank you to Richard and his team for a great job!.
My favorite customer ever!!! I have been working with Hermann for 6 years and can't stop doing it :) My lovely Mary Tresco is always helpful and ready to solve all the issues if they pop up. She is the Professional. I mean it. We've moved more than a thousand loads together and it's a big pleasure to work with such people in our industry. Keep the business up is easy with Hermann!
53 foot with sleeper. Backing will be tight if other trucks are at doors. Quick loafing, professional staff. No onsite parking
Jasmine Figueroa is an amazing worker at Hermann transport. My company deals with Jasmine on a daily basis and she is not only a really nice person but she is very organized and helpful. It is a pleasure to be working with such great company as Hermann transportation.
Recently I had an opportunity to interact with the Hermann Team and it was a very positive experience. I have worked with the company on many platforms and they have provided a high level of support and excellence in all aspects of their services. Hermann Trucking is very well known for their professionalism and attention to detail. As a leader of the transportation industry they clearly live up to their reputation. I would have every confidence in using them for all my transportation needs.
As a veteran of the industry, I can honestly say that Hermann Transportation is a premier employer and I will be retiring from this company.
Great company to work for family environment and they go to vat for their drivers great pay as well
Scammers that do not pay their freight. If you want to haul for free go ahead, months trying to collect freight charges and they won’t honor the terms.
Great Company to work for
I have been working with Hermann Transportation for years and I can’t say enough good things about the Hermann Team.
Great company, Dispatchers are very nice. Specially Mary Tresco she`s very professional and we have been working for more than a year
Glad to be in business with Hermann. They are on point with everything including communication, which in my book is very important.
Truck Driver Class A
Great company, managers were helpful. Most the time my DM was busy bc he handled many drivers. The pay wasn’t the best but the hours were there to be made
Revolving employee door mentality. Only words you need to know "family run and operated." Micromanaged by someone on the other end of the country that cant keep information straight. Watch your hours every week, even when you think its straight, they still short you. New trucks but wont maintain.
Great Company To Work For Great Pay, Mileage, and Equipment. Great manager , Great Owners , Great Team... It's a Family business old school. I would come back
Family owned and operated, a large company that makes you feel like family. Active in charity work, family oriented and steady work. Continues to grow.
Regular OUT rules apply. Issue's with company information placed on rental trucks. Typical dispatchers and recruiters will lie about your sign on bonus. Obtain everything in writing
You can make your money there just be prepared to deal with some inexperienced DM’s. Other than that it’s a good place to work. Steady work and a weekly guarantee. Good benefits and little harassment by management.
Great company to work for. Local, long, regional distance trucking, great equipment, and benefits. Over all great company... I would go back o f i have to
They "forget" to put all of your miles in your paycheck. Everyone said watch your money, and they were right. Backloads from my dedicated account were poorly timed.
Management is very out of tune with employees claim but on a personal level and professional level there's a difference between night and day with their concern is not safe to say there's concern is not the personal issues with driver health issues with the driver and they just they like to play games with your money for ,. Minor offenses they're going to do for you,. I have a issue with my wife being in a bad car accident in a coma and they did not act as if I was lying or they thought that I didn't want to continue my job and it was just just frustrating turn off to do what I need to do but the worst issue on the rug and asked me for a doctor's statement for my sick wife in the hospital
4 12 hour days in a very stressful environment no teamwork an overworked at times no relief drivers our backup equipment equipment goes down. Doing lots of extra stuff that was not part of the job description at the company we were working for overworked
I am a current employee with Hermann. I am attached to a dedicated account as a Regional / OTR Truck Driver. I have a very good working relationship with my driver manager, and the company. Definitely one of the best trucking companies that I have worked for. I would highly recommend checking us out. What have you got to lose. Give Hermann a call today.
