Over the years, I have been employed by various companies, but this one stands out as the best. I only wish I had discovered them earlier in my career. Thanks, Jess.

I've been working with Idaho Truck Service since 2011. Ours loads are time sensitive and they have always gone above and beyond to provide on time delivery with excellent customer service. They have always been straight up and honest with us. Never making promises that they couldn't deliver on. They offer fair rates and are always looking at ways to save us money. We look at I.T.S. as a partner, not just a trucking company to move our loads.

I've grown up around this amazing business. Friendly outgoing service, great family feel, and as the slogan states....always "A fair- Fare from here to there!" For any of your transportation need!

This is a fantastic company to work with. The pay and benefits are highly competitive, and I have always been paid on time. Management is easy and unbiased to work with. Dispatchers are always willing to help when needed. Safety is taken seriously here. If you follow company policy and refuse to cut corners, you will never have to deal with the safety manager. There have never been any layoffs, and I am home as much as I need to be. The equipment is in excellent condition, all within 3-4 years old or newer. Timely services and repairs are always made when I bring it to their attention. Overall, this is a slam dunk for anyone who wants a family-owned and operated business to call home! There also seems to be plenty of room for advancement and pay increases!

This is a good company to work for. However, better communication would be beneficial. When calling dispatch, I feel like they often pass you off to someone else instead of connecting you with the person you want to talk to.

I would advise anyone considering working for ID TL to look elsewhere. It might be an okay starting job for a young new driver, but only for a short time to gain experience. Their equipment is poorly maintained and constantly breaking down. The overall attitude is that there are too many managers and not enough workers, so you are constantly being pulled in every direction with no sense of control. The worst part is management; the safety manager will throw employees under the bus for everything without any sense of decency or well-being. The other managers are not much better. This is a company that runs its employees into the ground and does nothing professionally. It's all about their bottom line and no one else. Do not work here; it's terrible.
