I've been working with Idaho Truck Service since 2011. Ours loads are time sensitive and they have always gone above and beyond to provide on time delivery with excellent customer service. They have always been straight up and honest with us. Never making promises that they couldn't deliver on. They offer fair rates and are always looking at ways to save us money. We look at I.T.S. as a partner, not just a trucking company to move our loads.

Great company to work with. The pay and benefits are very competitive and I have always been paid. Management has been easy and unbiased to work with. Dispatchers are always showing a willing attitude to help when it is needed. Safety is well safety. If you comply and follow company policy and refuse to cut corners, you never see the safety manager. As far as work, there have never been any layoffs, I am home as much as I need to be. Equipment is in great condition. All within 3-4 years old or newer. Timely services and repairs are always made when I bring it to their attention. All in all, this is a slam dunk for any one who wants a family owned and operated business to call home! Seems to be plenty of room for advancement and pay increase as well!

good company to work for. A little better communication would go a long way. When calling dispatch I feel if you was wanting to talk with a certain person they would pawn you off more than not.

I would tell anyone who’s thinking about working for ID TL to run in the other direction. Might be a ok starting job for a young new driver but that’s it and only for a short time to get done experience. There equipment is not maintained at all and is constantly breaking, the overall attitude there is too many chiefs and not enough Indians so you are constantly being pulled in every direction snd there is no sense of being in control at all, and the very worst thing is management, the safety manager will throw employees under the bus for everything and no sense of decency or well being at all, the other managers are not much better either. This is a company who runs there employees into the ground and does nothing professional, it’s all about the Bottom line and that’s themselves no one else. Do not work here so terrible.
