My daughter have worked for this company and she said they don’t pay well and always have you sitting waiting on loads she’s not getting the miles so her pay is low but on the site it says $2000 a week. And they take money out of your check every week for escrow that you’ll never get back after leaving the company.

I’ve been a driver for Interland for almost a year, and I am very happy! They keep me moving, and moving equals $$$! NEED MAINTENANCE???? Interland has got you covered. The shop manager Javier is a great guy! He listens to your concerns and walks you through what needs to be done, so you fully understand what they are going to do. All the mechanics are very knowledgeable and do great work! Keep it up guys!

If you're a truck driver looking for a company that values your skills and treats you like family, look no further than Interland. I've been with them for over 5 years, and I can honestly say that the support and respect I receive here are unmatched.

One of the best experiences I´ve had as a driver. They were nothing but polite and proactive with my loads. I´m done with owners trying to treat you as garbage when there´s companies out there willing to give what you are looking for $$$ and worry about your needs.

I will share my 7 month experience by starting with in house. First and foremost the entire staff from the on set has show nothing but respect. They are very concerned about your success. However we know as drivers that you only get what you put in. Staying the seat is what gets you paid!!! Speak the Truth even against yourself. Real people do real things. Put on your Big Pants and don’t cry because of your own shortcomings… Then there’s the shop you tell where you can go and get in and out. Whenever you go there. Especially if you have any issues on the road. I mean Truth is Truth. They want you moving as much as you want move….

Nice staff but they really mislead me on several areas such as a 1099 employee, but wants you to sign off on a Leasee agreement instead of using the word Contractor 1099, and specifically describing what they will cover in writing not verbally. If this went to court, they would say you signed and approved it as a lease agreement. Words matter on any contract agreement. Also, charging applicants for all expenses such as plane tickets, Uber rides, and hotel stays until you stay 90 days. This is a company chance and expenses. This is why you don't lie or mislead your applicants because those with experience like me will not fall for it and leave as I did. This was not mentioned until I was at their office reviewing their agreement. Warning read before you sign, don't let them put numerous papers in front of you to pressure you not to read what you are really signing onto. You'll regret it later.

Terrible terrible company, never heard any company forcing their drivers to get an llc or small corporation to get you paid, also the miles are garbage, dispartch is rude, forced dispatched, they dont care about your experience they will start you off at .70cpm or less and keep you there, they charge you for everything and anything, there is no 1099-w2! On top of using fuel card advance they will charge fee, they will take out escrow(1500) for bullcrap reasons and might never give you your money back! They will not pay you every week! Its on Wednesdays. They will tell you what you want to hear pretty much to then show u opposite when in there! Dont do otr here if you want big miles they will not provide. No benefits in anyway is just a dead end for drivers, if u want to be a free slave and make them richer then this is the company other then that I wouldn’t suggest! Try UNITED CARGO LLC they are good. Also if u plan to leave if you aren’t from Illinois you would have to figure your way back home or theyll take it from your paycheck something they don’t mention from over recruiting! Everything is just terrible! Is better to leave equipment anywhere then to return it that way escrow is well worth. Ps don’t believe the fake reviews! All off them are office workers or shop. No real driver would stay with this company.

They pay well IF you can keep all of your money. They charged me for truck maintenance (tires, sensors that failed, etc) which is why I left. They got me home when I needed.

1. The management is very arrogant and ignorant. 2. Your suggestions and grievances fall on deaf ears. 3. They take advantage of you on repairs whether leasing, company drivers, or owner ops. 4. They lie to you on the rates given by brokers and fix the rate confirmation sheets. 5. They will often change policies to suit themselves like on paydays, etc 6. They will keep your escrow money for months and make up flimsy reasons after you quit. 7. However they always got me home 90% of the time.
