Although equipment is crucial to upholding the standard of quality we hold in the transportation industry, John N. John's longstanding success comes from its 120 employees. All of which work hard in operating, managing, and maintaining the safety and efficiency of over 90 tractors and 200 trailers, transporting a multitude of products across North America and Canada. The headquarters is located in Crowley, Louisiana, with terminals stationed throughout Louisiana (Sulphur, Bastrop, Bossier City); Houston, TX, and Baxley, GA. A satellite terminal is located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Though John N. John is committed to the safety of our employees and quality customer service, we feel strongly that service to the community is essential to keeping its business striving. Without service to others, John N. John could not uphold the standards envisioned by their ancestors which is super necessary and extremely important.

A heartfelt thank you to John N John for supplying trucks and drivers for our food drive this past weekend. Your commitment to the community is truly appreciated. Love Of Christ Baptist Church, Crowley, Louisiana.
An excellent workplace! John N John consists of genuinely good people!
I'm not bashing the company at all but this driver needs to learn how to park or send him back to Swift...
Great family good place to for. Can't ask morev
For me I can't say enough good about this company. I have only been here about 18 months but everyone here treats me well and I have the best dispatcher I've ever had. It's been a long time since I've been this happy with a job. I hope to be here many years.
Great family good place to for. Can't ask morev
Good equipment with very nice folks.
These folks are just stuck up! A guy that's named tran is really the main stuck up one. He had a horrible childhood and now he feels like that's the way you treat everyone else. Don't even waste your time with these folks
Personnel is horrible,,,Everybody gossip about each other's business,,,They make up rules for certain individuals (especially for black people) Bill John needs to clean house...This 2023 not 1903
Great compamy
The job itself isn’t bad, and most employees are great people. Everyone is friendly, and coworkers frequently support one another when needed. The trucks aren’t new, but they’re better than many on the road.
Management is fantastic, and the company is down-to-earth. Whenever I call dispatch or any manager, they recognize me by name and take my concerns seriously. The pay is great, and home time is excellent. I plan to stay here for a long time—I’m satisfied.
A solid company with good people. Most routes are out and back, with dedicated lanes. Employees are treated with respect, and help is always available when needed. I have no complaints; the company has treated me well.
What is the best part of working at the company? Competitive pay, relaxed work environment, and management that listens to drivers’ concerns. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Long workdays and occasional weekend shifts. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Supportive coworkers, mostly experienced older drivers, with a strong presence of female drivers and veterans. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Loading and unloading on the same day, with no more than one overnight trip per week.
Great people and decent work. I would rate it even higher if they offered a 401k retirement plan. Employees are friendly and help each other out when needed. The trucks aren’t brand new, but they’re better than many on the road.
What is the best part of working at the company? Family-owned business with great hours and reliable home time. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Uncertainty about daily work assignments. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? A safe and enjoyable place to work, with friendly coworkers. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Transporting goods between plants, including loading and unloading deliveries.
The job is decent, and most employees are great. A 401k plan would make it even better. People are friendly, and coworkers readily assist each other. The trucks aren’t brand new, but they’re in better shape than many others on the road.
The company treats employees like family. No problems with pay or scheduling. The work is easy, and the hours vary, but there’s always time for family.
A good workplace with decent pay, though the company is shifting away from dry freight. Healthcare costs are high, equipment is average, and management can be confusing.
They genuinely want employees to succeed! They offer various job opportunities and competitive pay. The company has been around for a long time and communicates well. I highly recommend working here.
I enjoy working here—the dispatch system is excellent, and I receive a guaranteed salary every two weeks, even if I don’t work. However, the health insurance is lacking, with minimal employer contributions and a high $3,000 deductible.
