An outstanding company—my husband has been driving for them for a few months, and we’re impressed by how well they treat their employees and their dedication to quality service and safety.
A great workplace with good people.
Jones Brothers has completely changed my life! I started here nearly three years ago, and now I’ve paid off one truck and trailer and purchased a second from them. Best company I’ve worked for in my 30 years of driving—from the owner to dispatch and office staff, and let’s not forget safety! Top-notch all around. I’m Ronald Running, and I stand by this message!
Worked for Casey back in the early ’90s—always treated fairly and ran some fantastic routes. A great group of people to work with.
Jones Brothers Trucking is incredible. They hired me with no CDL or experience and gave me a career. They taught me how to drive and do the job well, and they’re always available for advice or assistance. I plan to stay with them long-term.
When I joined Jones Brothers, I told myself I’d try to stick it out for at least 10 years—now it’s been 18. This is the best company I’ve ever worked for, from office staff to dispatchers and mechanics. They genuinely care about their drivers and families. This past summer was extremely tough for my family, and Jones Brothers supported us through it. I can’t thank them enough.
I’ve been driving for Jones Brothers Trucking for over a year, and my experience has been fantastic. The staff, dispatch, maintenance, and safety teams are all great people. You should come drive with us—tell them Matt sent you!
Jesse delivered a Challenger hoist to me, and he’s the best driver I’ve ever worked with. It arrived in perfect condition, and he kept me updated throughout transit with estimated delivery times. A+ driver—thank you!
What does it take to get a call back from a recruiter? My husband, a CDL holder with flatbed and OTR experience, applied to be a company driver a month ago. He’s called multiple times and left messages, but no one responds. Seriously, guys?
Was merging onto the interstate and had plenty of space to merge, but the driver sped up and did not let me merge forcing me to stop on the side of the road. Unsure of why the driver did that as it already is a short merging lane. Could have easily caused an accident due to it being in a work zone. Truck #563
This company keeps reposting loads they do not have. They posted several loads from Ohio to Minnesota on Monday and the broker admitted they we gone on Friday. They are still posting loads today Tuesday that they do not have. I called three times yesterday thinking they received more loads and the broker keep saying we haven’t taken them off. But the loads were only 10 minutes old I called on.
These guys are awesome to work with ! They hauled two full loads of our stuff on relatively short notice at an acceptable price 👍🏼💪🏼
worse experience with their brokers , cheep as hell
Rolling through Sacramento California noticed one of their trucks, be safe and efficient. I noticed when he hit his brakes One of the four , on driver side rear Trailer Brake lites Was not working. Called the company from web site ph # and immediately somebody answered. Was impressed by the Safety supervisor response. Looked at the website , Googled the Company and looks like you’re a very good company. Be safe
Just like the other review Jim put out Iam a wounded combat vet with an amputated leg, they were looking for drivers and II over 20 years expirence and they talked a big game until I told them I was a wounded vet. Their recruiter lied to me
Jones brothers is awesome. Great company ran by great people.
Love this place. Love the drivers. Love everything about it!
A real classy business.
Very helpful and great people
Great company
Very helpful, and accommodating.
Great place to work
Nice trucks
Nice new facility
Hired six months ago and can honestly say it’s a great company to work for. Very well maintained Truck and Trailer units. When I find a leak on a brake line while performing my pre-trip inspection, it is immediately repaired. The mechanics are very knowledgeable. The dispatch team is truly Inspiring and is always there with another load and also there for moral support. Even the owner is a part of dispatch and the whole team, which is very important for team building and leadership. He is a understanding and generous person who can extract himself from a situation and see the bigger picture. The safety team and instructors over prepare you for the obstacles to come in the future of trucking and Safety. They have really changed my perspective on safety and driving. Safety is my Goal. We need more people like them. Overall, I came to Jones Brothers Trucking wanting to work and be apart of a great team so I can support my family. Jones brothers has surpassed my expectations. It’s like being apart of a family. We are all there for each other to make dreams come true through hard work.
I got hired as a OTR Flatbed Driver. These people are awesome and friendly and full of respect
Great company. Excellent safety program. They care about their employees. Very professional people
This company denied me employment because I am a disabled vet even though i am fully capable of doing the job. Didn't even let me do the physical.
They treat drivers like family and run newer equipment. If you love traveling, this is the job for you—they operate nationwide and offer excellent benefits.
Dispatch is fantastic—knowledgeable and efficient. They usually have a reload ready before you complete your drop and work with you to guarantee home time when needed.
Like any construction-related driving job, work depends on the weather—when it rains, you don’t work. Long hours, 5-6 days a week. If the week is short due to weather, the boss allows employees to clean trucks or do other tasks to get extra hours. Good coworkers, knowledgeable team.
A great company to earn your CDL and learn flatbed trucking. The biggest challenge is balancing family life with OTR work, but they do their best to make it easier. Lots of great people here.
An excellent place to start trucking if you’re new to the industry. The team is friendly, supportive, and always willing to help.
An exceptional flatbed trucking company. Their training program is excellent—without prior experience, they quickly turned me into a skilled flatbed driver. Couldn’t ask for a better company culture.
Expect management to talk negatively about drivers behind their backs. Maintenance staff frequently complain about drivers, and backbiting is common. Don’t expect appreciation, cooperation, or respect from coworkers or management.
I’ve been driving for Jones Brothers for about two years, and they’ve been fantastic. I had a major accident two months into my career, and instead of letting me go, they gave me another chance. They genuinely care about people—you’re not just a number here. Pay per mile is average, but the benefits (medical, retirement, etc.) are excellent. They’re great about getting me home when needed and are flexible with scheduling. Plenty of miles available, and waiting for a load is rare. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about them!
New to trucking, so I don’t have another company to compare to Jones Brothers. However, I’ve worked for many companies in general, and this is one of the best. Great benefits, respectful treatment, and awesome people.
Jones Brothers is one of the few trucking companies that truly values its entire team. Management has its ups and downs, but they do their best. The shop is excellent at maintaining the fleet and handling road repairs.
