Giving this company 1 star is being extremely generous! I HIGHLY advise not even applying or wasting a moment on this company! I was promised a weekly guarantee pay of $1350 or $225 per day, yet never received that amount. I kept amazing records of all my days and drive time. Checks were around $400-600 yet i worked 5 days a week and would usually run my clock out! I called many times to see what the problem was and tried to give them a chance to straighten out my pay and always got the run around, and that's why I left w/in 3 weeks! Not only will they run your clock out they will try to get you to continue on PC and falsify logs and that's where I draw the line. This company is absolutely dishonest! Avoid it like the plague! You're welcome drivers ☺️

If you like staying bizzy they do that not a lot of sitting a round. They pay checks are constant no small check then a big check I like to be able to pay my bills on time best move I made in along time. I do like being out for 2 months and home for 10 full days

I’ve been trying to reach out for over a week or two after I sent over an application. I get no answer. Constant contact emails come in multiple times a day though. Decided I’d call the number under the reviews listed as “Sean” just a pick up and hang up. Going through the reviews about recruiters, this kinda lines up. Hate that we never even had an opportunity to discuss what you might have available. Update: I was contacted by Andrew and had a good conversation regarding K&B’s opportunities. I did appreciate the follow up.

Great company to work for. Everything that they say about the pay is spot on. I worked for them for 2 years and I'd still be there if I didn't have problems at home. If you're wanting to make good money and are willing to drive then I would definitely recommend them.

This company presents its self as one way, then show their true colors once you are engaged as an employee. They give the impression they are supportive of the drivers, then during orientation you learn more. For example, this company does not accept passenger rides - no family, friends, animals, not even a fish. Solo riding all the time. The recruiter does not give that information up front. The company requires you to download an app on your phone which locks the phone so it cannot be used while the truck is running. The recruiter does not provide that information either. There are other reviews that state how drivers were sent home during orientation. This has been witnessed. The company will fly drivers out to orientation, then dismiss them and send them back home on a bus ride that can take days. Arrive on a plane in one day, travel several days back home on the bus. There is also a promise of $400 upon completion of orientation. However, that money was never received..

If you not a hard worker don’t come here . I’m on the road warrior program all my checks have been consistent. You work mostly nights and no 34 hour resets. But you won’t be burned out because you won’t run your hours out every day . Recommend if you have no life and enjoy casinos in the Midwest

Decent pay. Too many short trips, bad planning from planers. Constantly expecting divers to swap trailers or make a move while on a required sleep break.

Absolutely sucked. The guarantee isn't 1750. My pay stubs befor3 taxes were 1630 everytime. I mean 100$ isn't a big deal to some but that's supposed to be a extra 400$ a month we are promised. On top of that the management doesn't care about you, will run you like a dog. My dispatcher was the only good thing about the company. They will work you. Every. Single. Day. Split sleeper birth, and expect you to sleep on demand after being up all night for a load the next day that is a day drive. Or vise versa. Absolutely horrible.

The pay is ok, but could be better considering you're out on the road with no reset and your break is taken where they want you to take it, most time at the shipper or the truck stop they want you to take it. They do a lot of micro managing. Honestly, they own you for the whole time you're on the road. One important thing they won't tell you ( THEY WILL HAVE YOU DOWNLOAD THIS APP ON YOUR PHONE TO TRACK EVERYTHING YOU'RE DOING ) if you touch that phone while you're driving for any reason, you will get a phone call from Safeway. They will most likely not tell you about this until you're hired, but this is something they take very seriously. Forget about getting a reset, if you're out for 2 months which they call a road warrior, best believe you will be working every single day without a day off. You do get your 10 hours, but believe me, those 10 hours are not spent at a location of your choosen which a lot of times when your at the shipper or receiver off duty, that goes towards your break so you have to be very clever with them on that. They do take care of their equipments and will place you in a hotel if it'll take more than a day to get your truck fixed. They offer benefits like most companies. Overall, you sacrifice way more than you're getting back. They don't have good work and home time balance. Yeah, it may sound good working 2 months and be home 10 days, but you're working every day for those 2 months and that's 10 days home straight you're not getting pay. When you do the numbers, deducting expenses on the road for that 2 month and the 10 days you don't get pay while being at home, you'll realize, it's not that much difference than If you were doing 3 weeks out, it pretty much evens out, basically, 2 months out make them more money, not you. Hope this helps. Oh yeah, if you're late to pickup or delivery 3 times, you're out of there..

I initially was apprehensive about joining them after all the negative reviews but it’s a pretty cut and dry. Yes, you work off recaps but the accusations of endless relays and disregarding one’s 10hr resets arent true (in my time with them). Be sure to look up their zones of coverage, if you aren’t in one of those you will have to join their “road warrior” program; requiring you to be OTR for two months. Just read before signing on and weigh out the pros and cons.

No resets and no days off while you're out the 2 months. Once you turn on your lights you can't use cruise control and you will mostly drive at night... Waiting hours after delivering for your next load is not uncommon and while you're waiting around sometimes, they will count that as your rest break even if you've only been awake a few hours. On days like that you probably won't get much sleep...

It’s was okay till I was okay and paid decent but during home time I had to go to the doctors. I ended up getting a doctor note for a week off and by the third day they picked up the truck and fired me.

I started back in November 2022 & now it’s coming to a end in July.. What a road warrior journey lol. All I got to say is that you will be driving everyday or night, Guaranteed pay is real with no bonus though. This job isn’t for everyone. You gotta have a strong mentality to drive for K&B or you’ll go nuts lol! If you’re lazy, don’t work here! You get no 34hr reset. 10 he breaks are real but so are split clocks. Good luck
