In an effort to concentrate on the rapidly expanding size of our refrigerated transport market, Kandel Express (our 3pl Brokerage company) is no longer actively participating in providing outsourced logistics services.

hello drivers here’s plenty of space for truck in and out easy..But remember before get here your ref temp must be below 5 if taking-10 otherwise they put you on hold and wait for get the right temperature
I only had 2 pallets but receivng dock was gonna be a while & i was 3 hours early. Receiving lady put me in a different set of docks & they unloaded me quick. Thank you.

I like this place, it's easy to get in and out of the dock. Also, they had me done under an hour.
It is actually named Total Distribution Inc Cold Storage. Call number on the side of the building, give PO number, and receive a dock door #. It took me longer for me to get on the door than they took to unload me. In & out within an hour.
It's sad how bad their drivers are treated, and how under paid they are. One can only hope customers are treated better.

Wase of time They make you wait 2-3h to get the temperature to -10 to give you a door, they give you a door and they leave the trailer open for 3h till they start loading. what’s the point???
Lovely place and people but the parking lot and dock are pretty shorts aw well my landing gear break down just because the entrance is not dumber and have pretty big holes that you're truck can be stuck and or u r landing gear can be stuck
People were courteous, pretty quick to load once I got in a door...very tight dock area...if you aren't at temp, they will send you to Hardee's, about a mile away.
Read this! They have that smart policy where your reefer has to be precooled to -5f before they give you a dock even though as soon as you open the trailer doors on a day like this it's gonna shoot to like 40f in few seconds. Waste of time!
I arrived night before appointment they have parking in the back. Nice people and quick load.
Evidently, many of these reviews were written prior to construction being finished. There's a football field worth of room to maneuver around.
Only 2 docks. I arrived an hour early, and was given a dock door. Loaded in like 30 minutes. They allow overnight parking in the rear of the building. Very nice friendly people.
1400 Appt time, Arrived at 1100, in door at 1130...unloaded in 30-45 min.... Only 2 doors available for receiving, plus one with their trailer in it. Tight 90 angle backing, Has overnite parking, in back of building. Check in as soon as you get here. One way drive, Horseshoe, leave to the left.. Prime driver...
Great place to get loaded and great people! Make sure your trailer pre-cool at least to 0 degrees!!!! Fast loading!!
