Top of the Line Equipment. Top of the Line Pay.

Pride exists in Kennesaw, linked to transit. It's a strange pride, paradoxically connected to the distribution of items for operators of vehicles. "Equipment" we might call it, sitting at the very top of quality, one might say. Kennesaw's steadfast dedication gifts operators trucks, to some extent trailers, which they find good. Abundantly reliable and somewhat affordable, one could reason. In their possession is a fleet of automobiles, one could argue. But they are not antiquated. They are dated barely by a decade, and that's all, one could contend. In these up-to-date automobiles, one can find classified under important stuff, technology at the forefront and safety characteristics. The link, it might seem weak, between driving encounters and such upped features presumably designed for safety on roads. But clarity, it seems, is lacking, one could assert. Planned for enhancement, they were; it's what we understand.

Kennesaw recognizes a crucial part of maintenance and truck operation—operating unhindered. One might think of their approach as a kind of elaborate agenda or program, perhaps, designed for continuous maintenance, all to sidestep system shutdowns and keep drivers on their intended routes. Equipment glitches pop up now and then, leading to unexpected snags. Aiming for high quality, the company leans towards taking prompt corrective measures as their standard practice. Truck drivers can focus on being on time, with all shipments secure and sound. This sort of approach works at keeping tiny but disruptive hiccups at bay.

The maintenance apparatus of Kennesaw Transport, highly regarded, is disrupted in active seasons. Mishaps are ascribed to an intricately planned maintenance regime. The connection forged is an unflinching commitment towards sustaining the trucks in unparalleled form. A noticeable imprint comes into view, indicating the absence is not total when pondering a luxurious operational experience for drivers, even amid the general smooth operational effectiveness.

Why Kennesaw?

Why Kennesaw?

It is a known fact that Kennesaw Transportation is, indeed, a reputable option. Especially for proven CDL operators, they seek a firm that puts driver's comfort at the frontline. The thing is, their concentration is quite robust on delivering proficient individual service, delivering promptly, and providing support around the clock. They are engaged in fashioning a fulfilling encounter for the vehicle operators there. And there is more; not to forget one plentiful advantage that does stand out: they provide a competitive compensation package, and it ranks fairly nice if one compares it with the best in the trucking industry.

Kennesaw Transportation, a noteworthy entity, is committed to understanding work-life equilibrium, not to mention, also maintains respectable remuneration. Its push for good earning mileage and adequate home time for drivers is commendable. Differentiation, making careers or endorsing dependable companies that appreciate their drivers—these are what aspiring individuals might find in Kennesaw Transportation. With emphasis on drivers, Kennesaw Transportation does stand out.

Areas for improvement exist most certainly in any company. Peak seasons or route demands with specifics, scheduling challenges may be found by some drivers. However, Kennesaw's commitment remains to supporting its drivers. A structured, positive work environment is provided.

I've been reading through some of the reviews and I am quite frankly astonished. My husband and I have been with Kennesaw for almost 2yrs. We have had nothing but an awesome experience. The staff does try to know the drivers. But, let's remember that it's a two way street. From what we have experienced Everyone has been extremely open, welcoming and friendly. The dispatch department works with the driver...not against them. Notables....Lyndon and Dennis. And....maintenance from the shop to Breakdown is spot on. I mean the minute your truck shows it has pulled into the yard...they are on it doing service and maintenance. We'll maintained vehs. All companies have driver's that may have off days n such. All companies may have a driver that needs further education. But, this company..in my personal opinion a good company. KCook

This company has to be the worst trucking company anyone can work for. They have orientation every Tuesday and Wednesday and every week their classes are full. There’s a reason they are full. It’s because they have so much turnover that they have to. Management only knows you by your truck number. They don’t get to know the drivers because they know they won’t be there long. No driver wants to work for pennies on the dollar. You spend most of your time either having the trailers cleaned or fixed without pay. There should have been a clue when we found a brand new safety vest in the truck with the name tag still attached. Don’t waste time or money applying for this company.

Great pay.. Decent miles.. and flexible home time . My team driver is a great guy. And the trucks are newer. Also all those who are unaware. There are alot of predatory companies out there I worked for one for a long time. This is not one of those places. Am truly grateful for this job.

If I could give you a "minus" I SURE would! Teach your driver's some "respect", they're not the ONLY trucks on the road. Never seen such ignorance, and disrespect. You have a truck that occupies a fuel pump at a truck stop for a full 30 minute break, never even gets fuel and won't pull forward for a truck waiting behind them for fuel. You should be embarrassed that you employ such trash!

Hello Owner. I wish you could have found the time to talk to me before I left when I ask for a meeting with you. I am glad to see you take the time to respond to reviews now. I worked at your company for 5 months June 2022- October 2022. When Tony Brock was my dispatcher things went pretty good. He actually seemed to care and appreciate my work. I was told most of my work would be drop and hook. That was not true at all. I was told about bonuses for 3000 + miles a week which were not possible due to spending time loading and unloading or parked for 2-3 days at a truck stop waiting for a load out. Not drop and hook. Overall my experience was terrible. Fortunately I found a company that hasn't told me the first lie and appreciates my work. Expectations were High with Kennesaw and I was so disappointed. Still don't understand why you didn't take the time to talk with me before I decided I should move on! Bruce Whittemore So if you read the response from Kennesaw you will see they say ( I left without notice. )There intent with that response is to discredit me. The truth is I left after speaking with their operations manager. She informed me that things had changed with their company and it wasn't mostly drop and hook anymore. Well that was the job description when I took the job according to the company and No one informed me that it had changed . So 100% honesty on my part, yes after being informed that they were dishonest with their job description I told the operation manager AT that moment I would go find my happiness elsewhere. They" Kennesaw" broke the agreement by misleading me, I ended the agreement due to being mislead. So yes I left without notice because they informed me the job I had taken was not the job they said I would do.

Kennesaw is the BEST company I have ever worked for. They know me and my wife (who doesn't even drive). They care about their drivers. You can feel it when you walk in orientation and it follows you every where you go. They CARE about ALL employees and it shows. It's refreshing to see that humble loyal caring people still exists...........

I've been behind the tractor trailer from Kennesaw transportation for a few minutes. The driver was being very observant of a speed limit and change lanes carefully with his blinker. God bless truckers!

Got nothing bad to say about this company. Absolutely love working here. Everything from the recruiting process to getting me in a truck has been nothing but a great experience. My recruiter hope was absolutely phenomenal and didn’t cut any corners on telling me how things run at the company. The bonuses they have are like nothing I have ever seen before. The dispatchers/fleet managers are some of the most kind and caring people you will ever meet. My dispatcher Tony is an absolute boss when it comes to keeping me and my co driver running. Same can be said for all the dispatchers. And I can’t leave Kelly Patrick out of the picture, she is absolutely a wonderful person who shows endless amounts of care for her employees. I can go on and on about this company of how great it is, there is so much more good things to say about that I don’t know if I’d have enough room to fit in here. The only thing is, just be ready to run because they will keep you busy, and I absolutely love that.

The big problem is that they say mostly drop and hook but in reality it’s almost never drop and hook unless you’re team driving them it’s gonna be a lot more money too , you might go an entire weekend waiting for a load being solo

Pay attention in orientation. They will bait and switch if not careful team drivers are the main focus paying .70 cents split per driver (.35 cents) not to much focused on solo drivers. Better company for older crowd. If you have young children you will miss out on a lot of time with them as home time isn’t easy to come by.

I was forced to leave this company due to the fact that they hire Atlanta area drivers to do the solo driver side of the company. They wouldn't guarantee that I would get hometime in the area I live, Dallas. Make sure that you really like the co-driver you team with. This company will get you the miles when teaming.

Like most trucking companies the recruiter will mislead you. They say mostly drop and hook that is 100% Not true! Lots of live load and live unloading. Hours and hours in your truck sitting making no $. They hang a carrot of .58 per mile in front of you which can't be done when you are sitting and 3000 miles is totally impossible. Last week out I drove 1900 miles and was out for 7 days, sitting at shipper's and parked at truck stops. My advice is avoid this company. They Get you in the door and change the rules and say well things change and that's the way it is. Terrible experience for me! I just don't like being mislead and Lied too, maybe it's just me🤔!

This is a great teaming company with awesome driving lanes for team drivers. Solo drivers not so much. They really treat you like family. Only negative I had is the trls. Lot of drop and hook which a lot of the times had to fix chutes cause hauling carpet to California they’d rip the chute. Haul produce back. Great tractors and when I left they were getting new trailers. I’d definitely work with them again if I had a co driver.
