I would not recommend KTC to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It's a hostile and stressful work environment, primarily due to top management and owners. Initially, everything seems fine, but as time passes and you settle in, it gets worse. The relationship between drivers and top management continually deteriorates. You find yourself dreading every time you pull into the main yard. One or two people at the top are solely responsible for turning what was once an enjoyable place to work into a literal nightmare.
