What is the best part of working at the company? When there are available hours, the pay can be decent. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The dispatcher is difficult to work with. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Initially positive, but later filled with false promises and deception. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Uncertainty—frequent truck issues and inconsistent pay.

The company prioritizes family values and operates professionally. The work atmosphere is generally relaxed but can become fast-paced. The owner aims to be fair but does not promote employees internally.

A fast-paced job where you learn on the go. The work environment is friendly, and the boss recognizes hard work. I received two pay raises during my time, starting at $10 per hour and reaching $14.

Handled revenue billing, prepared reports for state and federal agencies, coordinated deliveries, and dispatched trucks. Gained knowledge in all aspects of the business, including financials. Management was structured, and the workplace was controlled. The most challenging part was juggling multiple responsibilities, but being part of this team was rewarding.

Considering the pay, mechanical repairs and maintenance should not be my responsibility, especially when the same issues have been repeatedly reported by other drivers.

Employee concerns are ignored. Work schedules fluctuate drastically—weeks of working seven days followed by extended periods with little to no hours. Many employees have lost their homes due to inconsistent pay.

The hourly wage was fair for the work performed. On days without work, there was no income. My tenure was too brief to provide a comprehensive review of the company.
