If your a ROADSIDE SERVICE CO BEWARE of this company they will have you do repairs then refuse payment. If I could give zero stars I would this company is CROOKED our service company was called out to replace a tire. The tire was replaced then the driver Charles Nash drove off with no regard if payment had been verified. We had to track him down to love truck stop to get our $575 brand new (Now Used tire) back because of refusal of payment. We are a small company and it’s a shame a large company as this would take advantage of another as they have done. This company lacks integrity at the higest level.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Joy... I've been in this business a long time and can honestly say she is one of the best i've dealt with. Extremely professional and honest. She really understands her business and the industry, can set and manage expectations to ensure a smooth process, and has a very positive energy/personality. From phone calls to e-mail etiquette she is great. This business can be tough but she does not let it take her off her stride. Highly recommend dealing with Joy if you have the chance!

Trash dumpster of the trucking tanker industry. Insurance $500+ per week and its trash. Dispatch and everyone else you deal with treats you like trash. Never work here again.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Driver of an 18 wheeler WITH a spotter hit and run my pickup on a residential street prohibiting vehicles over 4 ton. Spotter hopped in the truck and they took off. As a cdl holder myself I know how dumb this is and police are currently investigating to hold those responsible accountable.

"Professional" driver speeding up and slowing down to mess with other traffic. Last second lane changes cutting off anyone attempting to pass him. Big ego makes him challenge anyone passing him. All of this with a placarded hazmat load. Bad accident waiting to happen.

Great job training your drivers to run people off the road rather than getting left to allow cars entering the highway to merge!!

They pay a ridiculous low fuel surcharge. If You complain about something It will be used against You. Dispatchers get away with mistakes. It doesn’t matter if You loose Diesel and time

I enjoyed working here up until recently when work slowed down. It will pick up again though. And when it is booming, dispatchers take care of you. They give you options. If there is a place you hate going then tell them.

What is the best part of working at the company? Worst company I ever worked for. They short your pay every week except for some of the senior drivers and trainers. Best part was nice new equipment. Otherwise nothing else was good about the company. 👎🏻 What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Dealing with the safety person and pay roll every week. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Headaches almost everyday

The company was great to work for, they try and give you the work you want. I left to pursue my own authority and still keep in touch with them. I would highly recommend this company for independents and company drivers alike. Compensation for company drivers is hard to beat in the industry and the long-term security for a leased operator is there. Hope this helps with your decision making. I wouldn't hesitate to return to them in any capacity.

Langer is one of the best driver employed companies. The pay is good but most of all they have the freight to keep you moving. I've had other owner operator jobs that slow down especially in the winter months but Langer is pretty consistent all year. If you can't make a good living here than your not gonna make it some where else. They have the work if your willing to do it. I see driver’s come and go but I often see them come back to Langer because the they can't make the same money elsewhere or the other company promises alot but can't deliver. Overall Langer is not perfect but they are close enough to perfect for me.

Most of our loads at Langer are generated at the same shippers. A lot of our loads at the Texas terminal are pre loaded by local drivers. Our trailers are all Tremcars and almost all air ride. Our tractors are all Cascadias, not very comfortable, governed at 65 mph and have driver facing cameras which is a real deal breaker for a lot of drivers. Most of the 2019 and newer trucks are automatics. Our loads are driver friendly and 95% of the time we unload and head back home. The pay is hard to beat but no employee matched 401K. Health, dental and vision is under $100.00 a week for the driver but for some reason it's over $400.00 a wk for driver and spouse.

They now have 2way cameras. Not good for the company's sake.. They track your speed, even if it's a couple miles an hour over, they call you and send letter in mail to you letting you know, even if nothing happens wrong when speeding. I myself and other drivers are looking to go elsewhere. They are going to lose good drivers and don't even care. I guess hiring new drivers and hoping for the best is not a chance they should take. Good Luck Langer Your Going To Need It!! God Bless...

This is the place to be if you are an actual driver, if your just a driver who’s looking for some quick hours and pay, your not a true driver. This company benefits true truck drivers, it will be totally rewarding doing your job as planned. There are many drivers here who been here more than 25 years and loved every year.
