Lots of promises and lots of disappointments.

Management is the biggest downside. I could rarely get in touch with my dispatcher and often had to leave messages with their voicemail or a receptionist. If I was lucky, they’d return my call after a few hours. Ultimately, I’d end up contacting someone at my terminal for assistance.
What is the best part of working at the company? I live near the terminal, and they treat me decently. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Being away from home frequently—I’d prefer to be home more often. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It’s relatively simple and clean. Knowing the routes already helps make the job easier. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Starting early and finishing late while navigating through Chicago’s stressful traffic.
