Lynden Doors feels like a pressure cooker, with understaffing and leadership issues bubbling just beneath the surface. From the moment you engage with their team, you can sense the tension in the air, see it in their eyes, and even feel it in the handshake. When I spoke to Leah, the HR manager, her attitude towards THC was positively sour, claiming it lingers in the system for an unbelievable 90 days. In an era as progressive as 2024, such outdated beliefs are baffling. Despite explaining that I had ceased smoking prior to the interview, Leah was quick to dismiss me, and withdrew my application due to potential THC traces. While Jason, the supervisor, hinted at secondary testing, Leah seemed determined to shut down any discussion before it even began, pulling the plug on my application without a second thought. It's clear that at Lynden Doors, people are seen more as tools than individuals, despite their claims of being guided by higher principles. After all, if God is known for his second chances, Leah certainly didn't get the memo. So, while they may have spared me the ordeal of working there, the experience has certainly left a lasting impression.
Love working there. They pay well . And lots of opportunities to work.
I ordered several Lynden doors, both solid core interior and an external fir door. The interior double door was sent with the wrong door swing. The replacement door that was sent has a large gouge/chip which is clearly a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired by us. The other interior doors at first glance looked fine. After paying my contractor to paint and install them once they were hung it became clear that the center panel is not solid core and in fact is bowed/warped on many of the doors. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of these doors and frustrated with the amount of time and money I have invested in to a product that is not what it was sold to be. Lynden has passed the responsibility to the supplier but they are the manufacturer and are at fault.
Best trucking job I've ever seen, and I've seen more than a few. High standards, respectful and respectable.
I base this on its size and the fact that they are building more buildings which is a sure sign of success and expansion. I am a sub contractor painting here but very courteous people alotta activity.
We have been purchasing doors from Lynden Door for more than 18 years. I have always felt Lynden Door has treated us fairly and with the utmost integrity. There have been ups and downs in those years and through it all I feel the relationship has been a partnership. I have been blessed to work with a bunch of great people at Lynden Door.
What an awesome company! We visited for their company family day and got to learn about the high quality doors that they build. Love a company that has high standards and great morals! God bless them!
friendly location for semi trucks. Fast unload.
Amazing people, and what they are looking to do there...a few of the local PNW machine shops should take notes!
Something else they let there employees take the trucks home & park them on the streets where parking is limited just because the driver is lazy & doesn't wanna do his job & take those few extra mins to drive & pick up his truck ... the truck takes up ALOT of space with the trailer that you can't see around & may cause an accident backing out of the drive way something needs to be done truck number 29 .... what can we do about this?
I've worked for Lynden Door for 10 years now, and they have always treated me well. If you show up on time, work hard and have a good attitude, you will be rewarded. This is a family owned business, and they will make you feel like family. Earn your keep, stick around and you will not be disappointed. Lots of opportunity here!
I work there now. Wonderful place to work. They go out of there way to make you feel as comfortable as possible, treat you with lots of respect, and my supervisor is one of the best I've ever had. This has to be the best place I've ever worked at hands down.
Some of the office staff were great, however... however I cannot say the same for assembly line n it's laborers...was treated less than...great doors but don't recommend anyone to go there in search of work unless you need a green card ( sorry, not sorry )
Lynden Door is awesome! These folks truly care about their community and employees.

I have been here for almost 6 years, In all that time I felt that my manager and the company in whole has cared about me personally, and being successful In everything I do. I believe that because Lynden Door Trucking wants to honor God in all that is done here, they have blessed me and all we work with. It's like working with family, maybe better than some families. If you are looking for a great company to drive for, I highly encourage you to consider Lynden Door Trucking. I hope to be here at least another 8 years if they will have me.
I enjoyed working there. Pay was very low for what they wanted. Multiple stop loads. Nights away from home. Equipment was well maintained. Dispatch was good, when they answer the phone.
I've worked for Lynden Door over 13 years, the last 7 as a driver for the trucking division. I enjoy driving for them SO much more than the last company I drove for! I have seen and experienced so many examples of this company caring and supporting their employees. It's a testimony to the character and values that is held by the owner, vice presidents, managers and supervisors. I would encourage anyone who likes to work hard and be fairly compensated and appreciated for what they do and who they are, to apply.
