Take exit 137 off i5, go North to 12th St. E., T/R and T/R into the first driveway, stay to the right and go to the back of the building, park before the dock doors start and go check in at S&R through the man door left of the ramp. Nice people to deal with in the office and at the dock. I'd pick up here again without hesitation. Thanks, Lynden Transport!

Unfortunately another place that is union and an unloader who clings to the safety of a union. A union should instill work ethic and a fair standard. Not a hiding place for bad performance.

A great workplace overall! However, maintaining a strictly professional relationship with your boss is important, as personal connections can sometimes complicate things. Keeping work separate from your personal life is the best approach for long-term success.

There’s a lot of gossip and drama, but if you steer clear, it’s manageable. The pay is decent, but the way they handle overtime is unfair—you end up losing a lot of extra earnings. If necessary, I would work here again.

Employees are treated more like numbers than individuals. There’s little opportunity for advancement, as senior drivers have held top positions for decades. The best you can hope for is a middle-tier spot on the roster, but expect long hours, frequent calls on days off, and little concern for work-life balance.

One day things are great, the next they’re not. I loved working here, but I have a disability and felt like they didn’t want me. Commuting was tough, and 12-hour shifts were too demanding. I needed freight work instead of milk hauling, but my boss refused—so I decided to leave.

Being home daily is nice, but the rotating schedule can be frustrating. The pay does not reflect the difficulty of hauling 73,000 lbs of liquid in double tanks, especially during winter.

There’s plenty of gossip and drama, but avoiding it makes things easier. The pay is decent, but overtime policies are unfair—you miss out on a lot. Despite that, I’d consider working here again if necessary.

The terminal manager is the source of many workplace issues. If they were replaced, this company would thrive, but upper management and corporate leadership are closely connected, making that unlikely.

The company operates under union control, but seniority determines scheduling—leading to no home time in the summer and financial struggles in the winter. Union representatives are ineffective and take too much money for their role.
