I have been working for Manchester Motor Freight for almost 23 years and counting, I can honestly say there is never a dull moment and never a time when I haven't wanted to come to work. It is challenging, interesting and actually quite fun. Love the customers I have dealt with through the years and our staff is dedicated to serving our customer needs to their utmost ability! I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience in Manchester MotorFreight. I have been employed in MMF for years. I left this company twice and then came back. I hoped to find better elsewhere but it did not work as well in payment as in treatment. MMF recognizes the value of its drivers and strives to ensure that everyone get what they deserve. I made the decision to stay there until my retirement.

Start day very early around 3am and only returned home around 9pm. At times there was not enough work, thus this greatly affected salary. Management where cut-throat in that they kept their own drivers busy and the contractors like my self scrambled for work

No work no work. Dispatch will give you loads that aren’t ready. They will keep hiring drivers even though there isn’t enough work. If you like wasting fuel, this is for you

Working for Manchester motor freight is great. Working out of the worceser ramp Is problematic on a daily basis .Between bad equipment and not being able to get things fixed that should be fixed and the fact that management just does not care And that seems to filter down to the people in the yard who just continuously drive by you like you're not even there then everybody at worcester wonders why you may have a bad attitude It's unnecessary and not professional at all. This ramp has been terrible for at least the 5 years

Working here as an owner operator is up and down good day and bad day. They will try to get you loads when it’s slow but communication between drivers and dispatchers is very poor. Dispatch will get disrespectful at times and blame it on whatever that’s going on in the office as if a truck driver day is not hard enough driving. Driver supervisor threatening drivers about not paying them if they don’t complete the load to the customer and back to the ramp. If your truck happen to break down at receiving I guess no pay
