Really nice people here. Slow to Load there very short staffed. And a week behind in getting loads out. Be nice.
Stan Felcher is rude, I tried to deliver 11 bundles of boxes to deliver from PCA was not given a set delivery time due to multi stops and he refused freight then when I said I will have to take elsewhere starts chewing me out and bans me. This is unprofessional I have 2 million miles OTR and feel like he was trying to get me to bribe or beg to be unloaded. Sorry dude take your power trip elsewhere.
Ok so got here 23 minutes b 4 appt time, read previous reviews so I made sure my trailer was spotless, still not good enough 4 them, swept 2 more times, the mngr said go wait in the truck we'll bring paperwork out to you, haven't touched my trailer in 1.5 hrs been here 3 hrs. Oh well its not my fault their customer is not going to get product on time.
Required clean and odor free trailer, they alow you to sweep your trailer on door if not enough clean. Appointment 1:00pm checked in early morning 7:45am got loaded by 8:45am.Friendly and helpful staff super quick service
Man they took me in a whole day early. I picked up not even 5 hours away and didn't wanted to waste a whole day so I decided to take my chance and sign in early. Man I appreciate it M&W that was awesome.
The people have a bad attitude here. Takes forever to get loaded. They will reject your trailer if it’s not clean. Check in on the corner of the building.
Appointment for 1300. Arrived at 1120. Swept trailer. HAS TO BE CLEAN!!!! They will tell you if it's clean enough. You will have to sweep it out when you get here. Now 1145 and they're loading me.
They need trailer clean or they won’t load you. Heavy loads. My appointment was 2 but I came around 8 and they load me. Washrooms are inside the building.
Very slow at loading and your trailer better be spot less with no holes or any kind of light showing or you will be rejected
Worst place to load that I've been to in years. Shipper was confrontational from the start and the more I didn't fall into it, the worse he got. I just ended up leaving without the load.

Pretty great company to work for. Biggest plus they don't lie to you at all what they say it is thats what you do. Also have a issue they will do there best to work with you. Issue=dentist, doctor, or whatever. Only thing bad you start out at a low pay and takes a while to get pay up. Another thing takes a bit to get 3 weeks of vacation.
Best company I have ever worked for. They will tell it to you like it is just do your job and they will take care of you. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home.

The company allow you to do your job I'm the way of which is comfortable for you. The job is maybe the easiest job you'll ever have because the company isn't looking over your shoulder though they should for some to take 12 hrs to jobs that take 2 hrs. I love it and hope to eventually retire from M&W, the pay is great with a .50 raise every six months and with no top out. The benefits are ok, but they are equivalent to most companies.
M&W is a great place to work. The management is awesome, I love how they care about you. I am really my own boss. I pick a load up and deliver it to where it has to go, and no sitting and waiting on a load. I am a local driver. The hardest part of my job is making sure I am being safe on the road, not just for me but everyone else that's out there. The easiest part of my job is knowing that I have made a difference in the company. So, I would recommend anyone who wants a good work place to find, M& W is the place to be. It's the best job I have ever had

MW is good place to work for. The drivers are decent; but there are issues that they have. The management is decent; Carm the president is wonderful. Excellent truck/equipment. Overall 7 out of 10 place to work.
Been here 3 years...havent had any problems yet...that says alot abour trucking firm..ive worked for many....same ole thing over and over..not here...make you feel like a person not a number....
Good place to work. Management is friendly and works with you if you need anything at anytime. They give you the load info, and let you do your job. Can't ask for much more than that. Miles are consistent, and equipment is new and well-mai tainted.
Is a pretty good job. I have been here many years. Would like to see paid time and a half after 40 hours. Maybe that will come one day. Overall satisfied with everything

Working at M&W the ideal job where you are part of a great family, where everyone show you respect. Days sometime get long, but stress free, Driving for M&W could be made easy if you put safety first, a safe driver is the best driver. Management never push you, and always there for you day of night. The equipment is up to date and always in go working order due to a great shop that keep you on the road. The hardest thing sometime on this job is the hours, but you just have to remember M&W not going to ask you to do anything for free. Over all M&W is a great place to work without the stress.

Top notch outfit, they care about the employees and give everyone an opportunity to be the best version of themselves. We are a smaller company, which I like, so you are known by everyone.
Management helpful. Pay good nice people .will work with when you need off. Lots of broker loads. Could use more dedicated loads would make things a lot easier.
Would help greatly we could park at home if it didn't drastically affect the milage on the run. Lots of time a driver could park at home and increase the home time and not increase the amount of time or expense to M&W,it would help in driver happiness. The happer a employee is the better job they do become more efficient as well as helps the company become more efficient. Previously this was a working model here and after a course of time and situations it has been removed as a possibility and not even taken it to serious conversation when some drivers attempt to breach the subject. 2nd point Dont care for losing safty bonus when i dont scratch any paint or breaking fiberglass, dont seem quite right
The hardest part is the variance in sleep times due to fluctuations in pickup and delivery times, which make it challenging to get sufficient rest which I understand to be the nature of the 'beast.'
