Marrlin is the best trucking company my husband has ever worked for. My husband has worked for a lot of companies and Marrlin has treated us the best by far. My husband gets great miles as a regional driver and the dispatchers are awesome. Marrlin is all around a great company to work for.

Their fleet includes Kenworth and Volvo trucks. Recently acquired by TNI, they've experienced a reduction in dispatchers. It can be a fun experience if you enjoy waiting for dispatches. They are accommodating if you have appointments and similar commitments.

Dispatching is slow with tight delivery windows. They may encourage you to drive personal conveyance when your clock runs out. They share your phone number with brokers, who then call you with load details and check on the load every 6-7 hours.

I was employed there for nearly 7 years. The company was sold by the original owner a few years back. Changes occurred, but it remained a decent job. The maintenance team worked hard to keep the equipment in good condition.

Dispatch doesn't prioritize home life and will attempt to dispatch you even when you need to be home, despite previous discussions. They may threaten termination if you refuse.

Initially, the company was a great place to work. However, with new management, pay and bonuses decreased, and half of my sign-on bonus was taken away. I was a day driver but was suddenly told to switch to OTR. This company was once great, but I no longer recommend it to anyone.

The people here are fantastic! It's an excellent place to work. They are accommodating in any situation, offer fair pay, and ensure you're home on weekends.

Great workplace with good people and regularly updated equipment. The service technicians keep the trucks in top condition. I experienced minimal truck downtime, and my checks were always on time. The office staff is incredibly helpful.

Marrlin Transit Inc is a family-operated business. They know you by name and personality. The equipment is decent and well-maintained, and they have strong customer relationships.

Good relationships with co-workers and managers. Learned the ease of dropping and hooking, navigated the city, and met some great clients.
