Very welcoming and accommodating from my first two weeks experience with Maverick. Apply yourself and never stop learning something new, even if it's something you are already familiar with. If you are new to the trucking industry you really can't go wrong with this company. I will be going out with my driving instructor in the next week and I look forward to the journey ahead.

Great place to work, and my fleet manager was easy to work with, but when I left and tried to come back, I was told I couldn't, and was not told the reason why. No hard feelings about anything. Thank you for all the instructors knowledge, and to future students good luck with the sign game(she's tough).

Maverick is a great company that cares about its drivers. Decent pay, late model trucks and home almost every weekend. Make sure you can and/or are willing to drive flatbed. They will train you.

Maverick is well-known for training safe and skilled flatbed drivers. Starting your career here sets you up for success, making future opportunities widely available. Their standards are high, but the pay reflects that. In my opinion, the glass division offers the best compensation.

Maverick is an outstanding company that prioritizes getting drivers home during emergencies. I began my career here as a rookie, and it would take a lot for me to leave.

Be cautious—if you're injured on the job, they will require you to stay at headquarters for the entire recovery period. They expected me to be away from my family for over nine months under their doctors' care!
