At MC Carrier, our employees come first. We value open communication through our Open Door Policy, encouraging team members to share ideas and concerns freely. Joining our family means having access to management and the support you need to succeed in our Lease to Own Semi Trucks and Owner Operator Lease Programs.
Opportunities profound for drivers exist at MC Carrier. Such opportunities revolve around Lease-to-Own options in the domain of semi-trucks, as well as Owner Operator's Lease Programs. Plus, there is an emphasis on the Semi-Truck Lease Purchase programs. Such programs—geared towards both the inexperienced and those with years on the wheel—extend to include aspects like No Money Down, or Truck Leasing with Bad Credit options. Extra flexibility is in the mix for those looking at acquiring things like Lease Purchase semi-trucks.
Attention should be given by drivers to Semi Truck Lease Agreements; this includes examining lease length, interest rate, and overall needs for Semi Truck Leasing. Bad credit? Yes, that's bad. Don't forget about the Semi Truck Lease Programs. Or even consider Lease Purchase Truck Driver Jobs - you might want to think about that. MC Carrier is still competitive in the trucking industry.

A bunch of ex-truck drivers set up MC Carrier back then, with just a measly two trucks in their arsenal. Fast forward to today, and these fellas have come a long way, boasting a fleet of 180 trucks and over 250 trailers. You'd find a mix of dry vans and refrigerated trailers in there. Even to this day, the founders, still rocking their CDL Class A licenses, keep their drivers on top of the list. They consider drivers the gem of their operation. A little interesting tidbit is that around 75% of MC Carrier's drivers are rocking Hazmat certifications, along with their tanker endorsements; this pins down their steadfast approach towards safety and striving for excellence.

The entire organization is the best I. ever worked for completely top Notch, I have not met or talked to the owner, but I am very sure that he is an incredible owner. As this company is above and beyond The normal trucking standards, From the ladies in the office to Tony, the director of safety, who is an incredible safety director and always on top of all information. And? very helpful in anything. You might have to ask,, to Ian, In recruiting. Is always helpful with any information you might have, To my dispatcher Jose, who is an incredible dispatcher. And always keeps me running and getting me the miles. Thank you to this organization That Has put my Faith back into great trucking companies.
Shady ownership and a safety department that is not driver friendly! Run! I still have text messages from the owner asking me to violate my 14 hour clock should take them to the labor board. Be careful of a carrier that don't add trucks but always recruiting. Driver retention is an option if you were an honest carrier.
I’ve had my CDL for seven years now, worked here for about a year and a half best company I’ve ever worked for my dispatcher is Mike and Dorian keep me rolling best dispatchers I’ve ever… I’ve seen a few people give this place bad reviews, which I don’t understand. This company is top notch from the maintenance to management to office staff… if you’re looking for a forever job. This is the place.
Prompt with updated and necessary communication - Worked with Mike who was a pleasure to do business with, and will hopefully again soon! 10/10 Recommend
I wish all delivery drivers were like this guy. Jake is always so professional and polite. We need more truckers like him. Thanks for making my day Jake truck number 399 you’re awesome 😊
One of the most reliable freight carriers from Nevada and from West Coast. The only ISO 9001 Quality Standard certified carrier. And, in their office, they have the best coffee, the best aroma I ever tried, strongly recommend it, go and try it. John and his team will be more than happy to serve you!
I went to join Mc Carrier and from the beginning It was red flags and shady dealings. I applied with a couple of months under 2 years otr experience. I was told they could only hire me as a student making 750 a week. I reluctantly agreed, just to get the opportunity to learn from a seasoned driver. During a 8 hour orientation which I was never paid. I was told I would receive no training on there quacolm my driver trainer will teach me the ways that Mc carriers does things on the road. I felt I sat in a conference room for 8 hours listening and filling out paperwork without pay for no reason. While over the road . There was an incident with minor damage to our truck’s bumper. I from my training from previous jobs experience . Took pictures and documented the damage. My trainer claims to have sent proper emails notifying safety of the situation but later found out the emails did not send. I voiced concern to my trainer multiple times about when would safety call to get statements from us. He then told me maybe since it was not that much damage safety wasn’t that concerned. Which I later found to be untrue. Days later when the situation finally came to the light. I told safety how I attempted to properly report and document the incident. Safety’s only concern was that I would pay for the cost to fix the bumper and I could keep my job. I stated I’m being paid under minimum wage for a 70 hour week . And for you to suggest that I could keep my job if I agreed to let you guys take even more out of my check every week ,making my pay even less, they are crazy ! because slavery has been over ! Tony the safety manager became quite , im guessing talked to the owner and then changed position. I could keep my job and no punishment would be issued. I thanked them with a bad taste in my mouth from the experience and continued to keep driving. I was placed with another trainer and I quickly started applying to other jobs. While talking to a recruiter from us express. I was told when they tried to verify my employment with Mc carrier and I was not an employee of the company. I was actually on a load driving for Mc carrier at that very time . I told the recruiter that was not true and sent her a picture to show I was actually in a Mc carriers truck as we spoke and showed her a recent pay stub. She told me they were a Las Vegas based company also and the owners communicate. And then asked if I had any enemies at MC carrier. She later told me they would pass on giving me an opportunity. I’m now employed at another las Vegas based company. My supervisor unprompted called and asked me my second week on the job have I been properly trained to report incidents. I found that extremely concerning so asked why single that out. I was told their owner has contacts at Mc Carrier. My overall experience with Mc Carrier is the company is horrible. They were shady from the beginning and now are illegally spreading falsehoods to my potential and current employer. To anyone that thinks they found a good company run!!!!!
I've never had any issues with the company. It's always been laid back no stress and they keep me busy. I couldn't ask for more.
I recently had the pleasure of working with MC Carrier, and I must say, they are the best trucking company I have ever worked with. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and always went above and beyond to ensure that my shipment was delivered on time and in perfect condition. Their fleet of trucks is top-notch and well-maintained, and the drivers are some of the most experienced and knowledgeable in the industry. They have a vast network of partnerships, which allowed them to provide me with the most cost-effective and efficient shipping solution for my needs. I was constantly updated on the status of my shipment and received regular communication from the company throughout the entire process. Their customer service is outstanding, and I always felt that my concerns and questions were addressed promptly and efficiently. Overall, I highly recommend MC Carrier LLC to anyone in need of a reliable and top-notch trucking company. They truly set the standard for excellence in the industry and are a true testament to what a trucking company should be.
I have been working as a truck driver for MC Carrier LLC for the past few years, and I must say that it has been an amazing experience. The company values its employees and provides great benefits, such as flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth and advancement. The dispatch team is always professional and efficient, and they make sure that I never have to worry about finding loads or navigating through traffic. The maintenance team is top-notch and keeps my truck in top condition, which is essential for a safe and successful trip. Overall, I would highly recommend MC Carrier LLC to anyone looking for a great company to work for.
I'm an owner operator with the company and couldn't be happier they do what they say no surprises... The dispatchers I work with are great and put in the effort to get us the best paying freight available... The maintenance department is exceptional this is a great place to work as an owner operator... lease operator or employee I did both the lease and now owner operator I've spoken to company drivers that are very happy as well... All departments that I have contacted with are professional and very friendly.. they are there to assist never get the feeling that you're bothering highly recommend this company... What a difference from where I was at before
My pleasure working here. If you need help, everybody tries to do that. Would like to mention the company offers good benefits, like medical, dental, and supplemental, and also will match your 401k plan and not only. Usually, they provide the hokey and soccer tickets for free for their employee just to make sure everybody is relaxed and happy. Many holidays are celebrated together which is nice, you feel part of a nice team. Definitely recommend MC Carrier LLC!
MC Carrier is a great Company they treat you like your family not just a truck driver & also if your a new driver just getting started in trucking MC Carrier can & will get you on the right path. Very good company to work for all about safety and making sure there drivers have what they need to performance there job, there fleet is top notch, over 140 brand new trucks. Wonderful company. Everyone that works here really goes above and beyond to help drivers succeed. Make It Happen at MC Carrier LLC.
Spent only two weeks working here if that. Signed up for reefer ended up doing all dry. They don’t allow drivers in a certain part of the building as if we aren’t employees there also. (Any company that does that is a red flag) Can’t get work done at Petro or anywhere but Penske. I had 3 truck (in two weeks) all with problems. They give the brokers your personal number on loads (never had that done in 18 years of driving) just an all bad experience so with my clean driving record and work ethic I moved on quickly.
The company used to be good to loyal employees..I don't know what happened. Idk if owners forgot where they started or if they don't like honest hard working people. I do know they lost alot of good truck drivers, mechanics and I foresee company falling down b4 they will admit they made mistakes in trusting employees who made up their resumes. Either way, expect your trucks and trailers since the manager in charge of that in mechanics dept, cuts corners.
Ok here we go for those who want to know the real . GREAT COMPANY , understanding, very strong and stable Job . Put your guard down people , you will get paid and you will always have a check . They are extremely dependable and have a very humble understanding top notch Management, that's probably the reason why they grew so much . Most Companies don't even have half of what they got and have their head in the clouds mistreating their employees. But Not them , I know I sound like a lame rn , and I always thought people who said this were Cornballs but your just not a number here . They care about you and take care of you well, although the saftey guy , who I nicknamed clear eye guy from that one commercial is very irritating but he's perfect at what he does . He is a major asset to the Company . Saftey is the go to if you have any issues . Preferably Christina and im not just saying that because shes very easy on the eyes . Saftey is the backbone of the Comapny keeping its D dot numbers good . I rarely get stopped at weigh stations. And as a seasoned driver 10 years in that is a huge plus.... .... Now every Company has its thing . Some more than others.... fortunately their is just one hang up . After Hours , its the communication . Daytime dispatch and night time Dispatch is like heaven and hell . With daytime being heaven and night time being he'll. But dont let that influence your idea about the Company . Just try to get all your issues attended to before Hell takes over at right about 5 pm . 😆😆😆 and thats it folks , I know this sounds like im stretching but everything else is perfect here , you will love 1 of the best jobs I ever had ............ 💯 💪💪💪💪💪💪
I have been working with MC Carrier for the last 2+ years and have nothing but positive things to say about them. From their dispatchers, trackers, drivers, to upper management they all handle themselves professionally and respectfully. I look forward to many more years of being able to work with them. If you need something moved and done the right way give my guy Roman Bones a call and he will get it handled for you!
They give you the proper training you need to launch your tucking career, management are straight forward and your pay don't lag they pay you what they tell you they will pay you no loop holes
I am glad I worked here. The management staff communicated like family and respected me as one of the less than 10% in my field. They didn't treat me differently than the men and expected the same level of work from me. When I left the company, it was because it was getting too dangerous to be a driver during COVID-19. I came home and waited for the world to right itself. I've since been asked to come back and I seriously am considering it because of how goood that team is.
Dispatch should be more understanding about drivers regulations other than that is a very good place to work new equipment and well maintained. Thanks
A great company to work for. Brand new trucks, lots of miles and weekly pay what else could you ask more as a driver ?
A simple job. A decent place to work. I like that you can go in and talk with anybody in the office. Most of the drivers are good people. The hardest part of the job is usual been away from home. I love my route that I'm doing it gets me back to Vegas quickly.
Interesting place to work, with a lot of daily challenges as it is a very fast paced environment; I love the company, the employees that dedicate themselves to work will be appreciated for the hard work at the end of the day;
The biggest issue I have is that supervisors do not answer their phones on the weekend. Maintenance only works Monday through Friday. Night dispatch will text while on a 34 hour reset or on the 10 off. And some dispatchers will not deal with any issue if it is not Monday through Friday or they have already gone home.
A great company to work with. A friendly environment, where everybody is involved and ready to assist from regular drivers to top management. Give them chance and you’ll see by yourself.
Friendly work place with professional people. They are keeping their promises and deliver their promises in a timely manner. Great working with the team
I have been leased with MC Carrier for 4 years. It is a good company for serious workers. They have many benefits, new equipment, flexible work hours, properly behavior with workers, etc. All the problems that appear they solves immediately.
i work at MC Carrier from the beginning.best company to work for. very responsible and hardworking management. well maintained fleet with newest trucks and trailers.
This is a great company to work for the staff are friendly and helpful and so easy to work with. The owner is there everyday and he is a great guy and so easy to talk to.
Great communication between dispatch and driver. Also driver gets paid every Friday on time which is important. Great company new trucks and good pay.
They keep you rolling. I have not had to wait around for my next run. I have my next run by times I’m empty. Trucks for us 48 state guys should be set at 73 not 68. If they were at 73 I could make an extra 50 to 60 miles a day times 6 or seven days you do the math at 50 cents per mile. Not to mention that’s a lot more money for the company. My dispatcher is awesome. The management treats you very fair. If I had one complaint when one driver messes up it should not affect other drivers who don’t mess up. Policy for this should be on an individual basis. Not an across the board policy. All in all if you want to be home they seem to get you there. Mgt. is pretty decent. Miles are paid at 50 cents for experienced drivers. Loaded and empty. Although I think there 30 cents per mile for the first 100 empty you do to get to next load is bull Just a way to take money out of my pocket and into there’s. If it’s 50cents loaded or empty it should be all miles not prorated. I will say very good equipment. Zip to zip sucks should be address to address but if it’s to far off let your dispatcher know before you turn in your bol and there pretty good on making the adjustment. So I would recommend it here it’s better than most no place is going to be perfect.
I am extremely happy and grateful with Mc Carrier for giving me an opportunity to work here. Everyone has been very helpful and kind.. I dont have to sit for long periods waiting for loads, they get me home and back on the road when ask. My ONLY complaint would be that on the weekends it's sometimes hard to get ahold of managers.
Awesome place to work. Good co workers, real friendly environment. Best trucking company in Las Vegas. Most miles for drivers and best pay in the industry. Solid company been in business for a long time.
