The video looks very fast, if you can control it with the movement bar, you can see it well. I just want you to guide that driver, that the left lane is only is only for passing, not to block another another trucker, I am my OWN boss,, and your driver knew what he did, I already had to increase the speed to 85mph to get your number and company name. Just know that the way drivers drive, they put their life in risk , other drivers too, and the integrity of the load also. learn how to drive professional, like they are supposed to .
I've been working here for almost a year, and the drivers are all very friendly and great. But I want to remind everyone to check your pay stubs, make sure your layover pay and detention pay are correct. Dispatchers might intentionally underpay you, and when you catch it, they'll say, "I'm sorry, I just forgot." New drivers, be cautious – they might deliberately reduce your wages! If you're often assigned unreasonable routes and times, don't be surprised. Make sure you're treated fairly at work! God bless you all.
Good company but .48cpm wasn't it for me.
It's fast unload. The guy at the window is kinda grumpy for no reason. Other than that it was fine.
Excellent place to work, drivers haven if you ask me, almost 3 years and I am happy. The money isn't huge but with the amount of time I get home it works perfectly for me.
Been working here for a year and 2 months and so far a great company to ever work for. They don’t label you as a number and they take care of there drivers to the fullest
Great company to work for....
Worst drivers on the road with no regard for other drivers or their safety. Watched a driver pull into an intersection that was not clear and get stuck there under the red light blocking all traffic. When he was able to move forward he immediately pulled across multiple lanes of traffic again blocking lanes including the right turn lane. When the light turned green he took a right from the center lane with no turn signal and nearly ran a car off the road. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS BETTER!!.
Great place to work if you want to to work been here 3 years and I'm very happy so if you looking for a great place to work give MC H a call tell them Michael Merritt sent you
Beware of this company! If you quit they will purposely screw up your d. A. C.
God bless you all
Great to be here,an nice place to work
Great place to work!
Good company to work for.
A leader in freight transportation.
A great company to drive for. They love their drivers
When I came to this company I have work for three company I must say this was the best choice I made great people friendly staff most of all Hometime with this company you are not a number you considered as a person if you want to make decent money you have to work and ruin most of the l o a d s original runs if you do a long haul you are returning back the next day I've been driving 17 years I have made more money with this company then any other company you can't expect to make money if you don't want to work
Good small company dry van drivers are home most nights refer drivers drive further off but make more money to do so. You tend to drive for dedicated accounts not many loads you have not hauled multiple times
I’ve been here 5 years, been driving for 30+ years. In all my years, this company is in the top 2 places I’ve worked. Great company to work with, no forced dispatch (once they learn what you like to run, they do their best to keep you on that). when you call in, they call you by name, not by your truck number. The office staff is excellent, from the Owner to management and even dispatchers that aren’t yours treat you with respect. If you need a day off or something, they’re very easy to work with. The pay and benefits are pretty good, we’ve gotten raises twice in the time I’ve been here. Bonuses 3 times a year (every 6 months and Christmas) . Newer equipment, well maintained. 95% drop and hook loading and unloading
My experience at MCH Transportation has been great. From the initial interview til present day I’ve ben well pleased. They have a professional and friendly staff that really look out for the drivers which is greatly appreciated. Consistent miles, no forced dispatch and perfect home time sounds like a gimmick but it’s the reality at MCH. The starting pay was lower than expected but I make it up in miles. They make it possible for me to easily provide for my family and spend time with them while I do so. I came to MCH looking for a home and as long as they’ll have me, I’m here to stay.
Friendly drivers that are willing to show a new driver the ropes. Your are able to pick your own loads after the older driver have selection what they want. Don't get me wrong there are a few good people that work in the office especially HR that was been there since the company started (A SWEET HEART)
I really love this company long as they let me work hear I am going to stay I love my job I had a friend to bring me over he is still hear with me every day I thank him. How this have help In my life
I am comfortable with my work environment. New equipment, management is fair. I don't believe I will have to move to a new company anytime soon. Good place to work.
Have been with this company going on 20 years and haven’t had any problems with them..I left briefly to work for another company but ended up coming back and was welcomed with open arms and no hard feelings..you can run long or short hauls, it’s up to how you like to run
Very easy dispatch. I’ve been here almost 27 years, a few bumps in the road, mostly my fault. Very good management, very good equipment, dam good SOS!
“Home every other day” depends on load.. “Off on weekends” depends on load “Pay” doesn’t matter if you have 30 years experience, you will start off with .40... Strictly mile pay depending load with 2 stops.. “Loads” some are good and most are bad.. sitting at shipper 4-5 hr bad.. Some Backhaul are awful.. Layover awful.. No structure.. “Trucks” A lot of brand new equipment, very few old equipment.. Governed at 70mph.. “Safety” really great.. will do whatever to TRY and make you satisfied..
Very flexible work schedule. It’s no forced dispatch which is good for doctor appt., vacation, or sudden emergencies. Dispatch and management is very easy to work and get along with. Good sign on bonus is a plus. Company is very generous with surprise bonuses and gifts. Trucks are fairly new to brand new ‘18 to ‘20 models. Off weekends 98% of the time and will work and run solid M-F. Most runs are day runs or 1-2 day out runs !! Most runs are TX LA AR OK KY TN VA AL MO with occasional NY FL NC KS runs
If I hadn't had to move at the time, I would have never left this company! I loved working here, the employees & staff all made it feel family oriented! If I ever leave Florida, I'll definitely reapply for a job here first.
Don't want to pay their drivers right . Always a reason why they can't give u a rise. Basically the pay don't add up to the work you do as a experience truck.
Very nice place to work. Very kind people, pay Is average, and loads are fair. You can make the money if you are a very hard worker. Home time is very pleasant
Great management! Great home time, great equipment, pay was just okay that's the only reason I no longer work there😐 great bonuses several through the year! Newer trucks and trailers, if you live in Mississippi you'll have great home time!!!!
