leadership make it a great place to build a career
We not only deliver goods but also contribute positively to society
Always client-centric approach. Never had an issue with them and their drivers
If you're a new driver, our continuous training ensures you'll always be at the top of trucking game
The video looks very fast, if you can control it with the movement bar, you can see it well. I just want you to guide that driver, that the left lane is only is only for passing, not to block another another trucker, I am my OWN boss,, and your driver knew what he did, I already had to increase the speed to 85mph to get your number and company name. Just know that the way drivers drive, they put their life in risk , other drivers too, and the integrity of the load also. learn how to drive professional, like they are supposed to .
I've been working here for almost a year, and the drivers are all very friendly and great. But I want to remind everyone to check your pay stubs, make sure your layover pay and detention pay are correct. Dispatchers might intentionally underpay you, and when you catch it, they'll say, "I'm sorry, I just forgot." New drivers, be cautious – they might deliberately reduce your wages! If you're often assigned unreasonable routes and times, don't be surprised. Make sure you're treated fairly at work! God bless you all.
Good company but .48cpm wasn't it for me.
It's fast unload. The guy at the window is kinda grumpy for no reason. Other than that it was fine.
Excellent place to work, drivers haven if you ask me, almost 3 years and I am happy. The money isn't huge but with the amount of time I get home it works perfectly for me.
Been working here for a year and 2 months and so far a great company to ever work for. They don’t label you as a number and they take care of there drivers to the fullest
Great company to work for....
Worst drivers on the road with no regard for other drivers or their safety. Watched a driver pull into an intersection that was not clear and get stuck there under the red light blocking all traffic. When he was able to move forward he immediately pulled across multiple lanes of traffic again blocking lanes including the right turn lane. When the light turned green he took a right from the center lane with no turn signal and nearly ran a car off the road. TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS BETTER!!.
Great place to work if you want to to work been here 3 years and I'm very happy so if you looking for a great place to work give MC H a call tell them Michael Merritt sent you
Beware of this company! If you quit they will purposely screw up your d. A. C.
God bless you all
Great to be here,an nice place to work
Great place to work!
Good company to work for.
A leader in freight transportation.
A great company to drive for. They love their drivers
After working for three companies, I can confidently say this was my best decision. Great people, friendly staff, and excellent home time. Here, you’re treated as a person, not just a number. If you want to earn well, you have to put in the work. Most loads are original runs, and long hauls return the next day. With 17 years of driving experience, I’ve made more money here than anywhere else. You can’t expect to earn if you’re not willing to work.
A solid small company—dry van drivers are home most nights, while reefer drivers travel farther but earn more. Most routes are dedicated, so you’ll haul familiar loads repeatedly.
I’ve been here for five years and have over 30 years of driving experience. This company ranks among the top two I’ve worked for. No forced dispatch—once they understand your preferred routes, they try to keep you on them. When you call in, they address you by name, not your truck number. The office staff, from the owner to management and dispatchers, treats drivers with respect. They’re flexible with time off, and the pay and benefits are solid. We’ve received two raises and three annual bonuses (every six months and at Christmas). The equipment is newer and well-maintained, with 95% drop-and-hook loading and unloading.
My experience at MCH Transportation has been excellent. From the initial interview to today, I’ve been satisfied. The staff is professional and supportive, always looking out for drivers. Consistent miles, no forced dispatch, and great home time—it sounds too good to be true, but it’s the reality here. The starting pay was lower than expected, but I make up for it in miles. This company allows me to provide for my family while spending time with them. I came here looking for a long-term home, and as long as they’ll have me, I’m staying.
Friendly drivers willing to mentor newcomers. You can choose your own loads after senior drivers make their selections. Some great people work in the office, especially HR, who has been here since the company started—a true sweetheart.
I love this company and plan to stay as long as they let me. My friend introduced me to it, and he’s still here with me. I’m grateful for how this job has positively impacted my life.
I feel comfortable in my work environment. The equipment is new, and management is fair. I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon—it’s a great place to work.
I’ve been with this company for nearly 20 years and have never had issues. I briefly left for another job but returned and was welcomed back with open arms. No hard feelings. You can choose between long or short hauls based on your preference.
Dispatch is straightforward. I’ve been here for almost 27 years, with a few bumps along the way—mostly my fault. Management is excellent, the equipment is top-notch, and the support system is outstanding.
“Home every other day” depends on the load. “Off on weekends” depends on the load. “Pay” starts at $0.40 per mile, regardless of experience. “Loads” vary—some are good, but long wait times at shippers (4-5 hours) can be frustrating. “Trucks” are mostly new, with a few older ones, governed at 70 mph. “Safety” is excellent—they genuinely try to keep drivers satisfied.
Flexible scheduling with no forced dispatch, which is great for doctor appointments, vacations, or emergencies. Dispatch and management are easy to work with. A solid sign-on bonus is a plus. The company is generous with surprise bonuses and gifts. Trucks are fairly new, ranging from 2018 to 2020 models. Weekends off 98% of the time, with steady Monday-Friday runs. Most routes are day runs or 1-2 day trips, covering TX, LA, AR, OK, KY, TN, VA, AL, MO, with occasional NY, FL, NC, and KS runs.
If I hadn’t needed to move, I would have never left this company! I loved working here—the employees and staff made it feel like family. If I ever leave Florida, I’ll reapply here first.
They don’t pay drivers fairly. There’s always an excuse for not giving a raise. The pay doesn’t match the workload for experienced truckers.
A great place to work with kind people. The pay is average, and the loads are fair. Hard workers can earn well, and home time is enjoyable.
Excellent management, great home time, and solid equipment. The pay was just okay—that’s the only reason I left. Plenty of bonuses throughout the year! Newer trucks and trailers. If you live in Mississippi, home time is fantastic!
