My experience was not so good. A few days before my vehicle arrived, the transport driver would text updates. Day of delivery, the driver parked in lane 2 blocking the lane of traffic on a busy state route, so I was unable to really look over the vehicle. Later that day when I was cleaning my vehicle, I observed a decent amount of damage to the spoiler, which was covered by tape, which wasn’t there day the vehicle was picked up from the dealership and scratches along each side of the vehicle. Driver wouldn’t respond to texts so I had to go through multiple people to make contact with anyone. Due to that, I opened a claim with my insurance and bank. Midatlantic Transport stated they would only cover the spoiler and stated they did not cause the other damage. Well, when you cover damage up, your word and what you say really doesn’t have any meaning or ground to stand on. Find someone else to transport your vehicle..

I wish I could give this company a zero star right now for the poor delivery I got couple of weeks ago. I hired them to help me move from Washington State to Philadelphia. First of all they were never on time as agreed, I was suppose to get my car 4 days later but the car did show up for 2 weeks. Only for them to bring my car with broken windshield and since then they've lying to me about getting me an insurance claim number. as we speak, I haven't heard from them. Attached is my evidence below.

Professional drivers are treated as professionals. The office staff is professional and to the point. If all transportation companies conducted business like this the turnover rate would decrease.
