Great place to work. Nice, respectful people. Good money and will keep you as busy as you want to work. Different truck options to choose from. As a driver, you don’t get much better than this! Russ, the driver manager is amazing to work with. I was blessed to find this company!!

The owner knows me by my name here and doesn't even know my truck number. If you're looking for a trucking company that feels like family, then call MigWay. The money is good too!

I couldn't even get passed the phone call. Inna was almost rude in her responses to me. If you think about it, most of us should never even know this job exists because of how great it is. Yet, there is always ads looking for drivers. The only Migway driver I have ever talked to was really angry about the miles he was getting. The other reviews talk extensively about how poorly they are treated after orientation. All I can say from my experience was the response I got from Inna from a perfectly reasonable question:" WELL, if I knew the answer to that I would be in management." I tried to ask another question and she hung up on me. All that and I was being polite... yea don't work there.

Where do I begin? They advertise that you will make $2000 a week for 5 days of work.....they tell you 2 minutes into orientation that you will not. They also dont tell you they collect escrow (10%) plus $50 a week for workers comp. One guy got up and left, and I should have done the same. Home for the weekend (36 hours) 1st two weeks, then they hit me with your too far from home to get you their. Why advertise home every weekend??? Like everyone says, their dispatchers don't have a clue. Good luck getting ahold of anyone, during working hours after working hours and God forbid you need to talk to anyone on the weekend. The we treat you like family.....I would hate to see how they treat their actually family if they treat their drivers like this. No detention, no layover, have not heard one word about any other benefit with this company. Trucks go 68 mph, cameras facing in and out with speakers. Can 1st week 5 days out=$1180 2nd week 4 days =$600 3rd week 5 days =$ ????

Working with Migway has been one of my best experiences, excellent staff, very attentive, payments are exact on the day of collection and not a dollar less. I am very, very happy to be part of the Migway family. 10 stars for them.

I love working at MigWay. DIMA my boy. Takes care of me and gets me those good miles. I get good communication, miles, and I talk with my dispatcher cos he's my friend. I recommend MigWay to everyone. But only if you like to work and make money. If you like to stop and see what's new on the menu at the truck stop, you won't like it here. You can hold a steering wheel somewhere else

I just recently started with Migway and so far so good..I always heard good things about them and I was getting ready to come aboard 2yrs ago but I went in a different direction since I been here I am starting to realize that I wish I would’ve came aboard back then because I’d be further along in the company by now… but all is well…I really appreciate all the hard work Dima puts in to keep me loaded and I really enjoy being on his team since I been out here I have had zero problems with getting the miles….so far the whole staff has done a good job with keeping me rolling…I enjoy the nice equipment and the fact that they give you your load and let you handle your business…like I said…so far so good…I would recommend Migway to the next driver without any hesitation

Migway is consistent with getting drivers home on the weekend and sometimes during the week. The earning potential is great. Although their trucks are really good, you still must complete a thorough pre-trip to prevent unnecessary issues.

This job is for workers only, dont apply if you love stopping at every truck stop you pass. Management is for real, they care about their drivers. Its 1099 so take home is over $2,000 a week. They will get you home every weekend if desired. Most trucks are 10 or 13 speed gliders using paper (keep trucking) logs. They do have 2020 and 2021 automatics but they are ELDs. Management will let you choose which truck you want to drive.

What is the best part of working at the company? Descent pay not the best. Home almost every weekend. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Dealing with brokers and crazy loads. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? They don’t bother you unless you mess up. What is a typical day like for you at the company? You will get your load info and you go and pick up and deliver as close to on time as possible. A lot of there loads are late when you pick it up. Because they handle a lot of missed loads other companies couldn’t get.

Your given a pickup that 90% of the time you can't get there in time, then your made to have to wait until the next day and you won't get paid the layover because you were late. Every driver has to give a 150 dollars a week in escrow, there's a lot of drivers. That's a lot of money, your money and they will not give it all back or put it in an interest bearing account. I was short 150 dollars for detail of the truck which I done before bringing it back. Your pay will not be close to what is promised, they do let you take your dogs though. Don't think letting them know you have something to do, ON YOUR DAY OFF, I missed my granddaughters championship game trying that. My first night there, they made me sleep in a truck which ended up into 3 nights.

As a driver, dispatch is very frustrating to work with. Operations people frequently are condescending toward the drivers; hence the continual turnover

Dispatch is the worst in the industry. You cannot feed your family with them. Exactly why drivers get there own equipment. Sick of lies. Go get it yourself. You cant depend on them for sure

Communication is bad bet levels. Drivers feel not cared about so turnover is always massively high. Owners either do not care or care to hear from drivers directly what is going on? Why employees are so miserable here

YMigway only throws into a truck because they just need someone . Touch freight is 80% which is not advertised . Home time is not weekly . Pay doesn’t get up to what they say.

I've been here for over 1.5 years and enjoy it. I've been a driver for 22 years owner op, company and lease operator. This is a extremely nice company growing in size but keeping the small trucker feel, which makes it great. They don't micromanage, this why they ask for 2 years experience. They run a simple setup to keep you moving and not to over burden with big fleet things to do. Plenty of miles and home time. They have the best truck choices to drive manual and automatics.
