Horrific customer service. Short, rude, condescending.

Absolutely no regard for safety from your drivers!! A driver from your company threatened and then knowingly drove through safety cones where men were working! Safe driving practices should be the utmost priority in your line of work and the man representing your company displayed the exact opposite. Appalled to say the least!!

I just saw a video of one of your drivers nearly hit a employee and drive over a huge 4ft cone. This is very sad that a truck driver knowing he's been trained on safety has done this. Makes me wonder what else he has done. Please investigate the employee and this situation. I'd hate to read about something happening even worse by this driver. LLLK3005.

Company obviously doesn’t take safety seriously. Saw one of their drivers blatantly ignore 4ft cones and caution tape and drive through an active construction site. Real professional drivers here, I’d hate to see what happens on the road.

I’m an owner operator and I’m very happy with Mitchell Bros. They pay me a fair percentage of the gross and cover all the insurance costs. Also have trailers that I can rent if I need to.
