Richard Jackson. Do you ever ask your employees about this company. Do you know the racism that is going on at every yard. Espcially greer and Anderson. Unprofessional. Need to hire new dispatchers. They apparently do not like their job.

One of the trucks from this company shattered my driver side window when he was driving really fast on an intersection in Harleyville, SC. I have their plate number, truck number and even driver's name. I filed a claim and they don't want to take any responsibility. They call it a "road hazard". I called multiple times, left them multiple voice messages and finally got their ridiculous answer. Think twice before using their services!!!!

Their trucks are tearing up our already poorly maintained state road to get to a project elsewhere. I never received a call back regarding the problem.

Guaranteed 40 hours when you show up for work. Hauling materials back and forth all day, so it’s not a labor intensive job. Safety bonus per month and yearly. Not a bad company to work for.

No company is perf, but I enjoyed my time at NW White. Not many companies pay you 400 dollars a week if you don't work. (that was the pay in 2019) overall great place to work!

What is the best part of working at the company? Horrible job, dispatchers are rude, place is disorganized, and the company doesn't care about there drivers. Employees health insurance is high and covers nothing. Trucks are always breaking down and mechanics are always late and also rude. Horrible place to work What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Everything. Inconsistent start times. You never know when you're getting off, it's not even organized chaos, it's just chaos. Dealing with attitudes of the employers is super stressful What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Stressful. Ugly. Disheartening. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Start times are inconsistent. End times are inconsistent they could literally send you anywhere at any time..

I was always treated with respect by management. I was trained for a few days, but there is a lot to learn. Most of my coworkers were happy to help when I needed it. The hardest part for me was adjusting to doing the same thing all day and sitting all day.

Typical day started of at a quarry getting loaded with a product that a construction company needed and doing multiple runs from the quarry to the construction site. Great work place culture the company really looked out for their drivers and took care of their employees. The hardest part of the job was when it rained or when construction was slow we didn't work the usual 50-60 hours per week. The most enjoyable part of the job was making a competition for myself to see how many loads I could haul in a 12 hour work day.

I understand about putting cameras in trucks so they can see how much you have to deal with being behind the wheel. But when they start using the camera against the driver . it causes bad blood between driver and company
